5、 t o colour change when treated with synthetic fuel o i l soot, Definition Resistance to colour change is the ability of an organic coating t o withstand changes i n colour when subjected to a fuel o i l soot environment, Test Pieces and Number of Test Pieces The test piece biherever possible shall
6、be the finished part,Should size4 shape etc, o f the finished part be impracticable, then suitable aections taken from the part shall be used instead. When procedure t o 3.1 is impracticable, tests shall be conducted on specially prepared organic coated test panels or slabs. The test panels shall be
7、 (250 +- 5)mm x (100+- 5)mm x(1 +-0,Z)mmand shall be made from sheet steel t o CJ6 I010 ZL or BC 1449:Part 1:1972 CR 2/1 FF or CS 2/1 FF.The test slabs shall be of a euitable size and be made from the relevant substrate.The quality of the organic coating and its method of applicatio shall be as per
8、current final finish procedures appropriate t o t h e envi- saged application of the material under test.The organic coating shall be i n accordance t o the relevant material specification, For details of current finishes see GME S 0001. 3.3For i n i t i a l sample approval and arbitration purposes,
9、 at least three test pieces, and For routine quality control at least one test piece shall be tested. 4.4.1Conditioninq Test pieces shall be tested immediately after conditioning t o GME 60 300-Efor periods as defined below. 4.1.7For oven dried organic coatings:24h ta 30h after coating and baking. 4

Eeqrif fDie Farbtonbestndigkeit ist definiert als die Eigenscha
13、ft einer organisch Beschichtung sich unter der Einwirkung von synthetischem lru6 nicht zu verndern. Probekrper A l s Probekrper wird, soweit dies mglich ist, das Fertigteil geprft. Wenn Gre, Gestalt UBM.des Fertigteiles die Priifung einschrnken, werden geeignete Abschnitte davon herausgeschnitten un
14、d als Probekrper verwendet Sind Probekrper nach Pos. 3.1nicht anzuwenden, dann kann die Prfung -auch an besonders hergestellten Prfblechen oder Prfplatten durchgefhrt werden. Fr die Prfbleche m i t den Abmessungen (2505)mm x (IOU5) mmx (1 2 U,2)mm werden Bleche aus QS 1010 Zi bzw.ES 1449: Part 1:197
15、2,CR Z/l FF oder CS 2/1 FF verwendet; die Prfplatten mit geeigneten Ab-messungen%erdenaus dem entsprechenden fr den jeweiligen Verwendungs- Zweck vorgesehenen Grundwerkstoff gefertigt, Die Beschichtung erfolgt m i t dem zu prfenden organischen berzug entsprechend den Materialspezifikati- onen fr die
16、 vorgeschriebenen organischen Beschichtungen (siehe G E S 0001Bei Erstbmemusterungen und i n Schiedsfilen sind mindestens 3 Probekrper, zur laufenden Qualittsberwachung ist mindestens 1 Probekrper zu prfen. Probenvorbehandlunq Die Probekrper werden unmittelbar nach einer Probenvorbehandlung ent- spr
17、echend GME 60 300-8 geprft. Die Aualagerungszeiten betragen: Bei ofentrocknenden organischen Beschichtungen: 24 b i s 30h nach dem Be-schichten und Einbrennen Bei lufttrocknenden organischen Beschichtungen: 72 b i s 96h nach dem Be-schichten und Trocknen Teile von Zulieferanten: geprft ohne Probenvo
