43、TEEL ON DELIV ERY5.1 General Except for grade A S 1449/301,steel grades shall be supplied in the softened condition. They are normally lightly skin passed after annealing to improve the shape and surface appearance.Steel grade A S 1449/301shall be supplied in the softened condition,or in the quarter
