11、ment石灰稳定土底基层施工监理实施细则 第9页,共9页合肥经济技术开发区道路改造工程石灰稳定土底基层施工监理实施细则1 石灰稳定土底基层施工监理实施细则1.1施工准备阶段监理内容1.1.1原材料试验与审批在工程开工前,要求承包人在所选定的料场中,取代表性样品,进行规定的各项试验,并应将试验结果报试验监理工程师审批,经试验监理工程师审查质量合格的原材料,才可批准使用,材料质量要求:()所用粘性土的塑性指数应在1520之间,塑性指数偏大的粘性土应加强粉碎,粉碎后土块的最大尺寸不应大于15mm,硫酸盐含量超过0.8%的土和有机质含量超过10%的土不宜用石灰稳定。()石灰要求为级以上石灰,有效钙+氧

12、化镁含量55%,含水量4%。石灰应在用于工程之前7天充分消解成能通过10mm筛孔的粉状,并应尽快使用。试验及资料:1、土的液塑限试验;2、土的有机质含量及硫酸盐含量试验(必要时做);3、石灰化学成份(CaO、MgO)含量试验1.1.2审查混合料配合比。承包人在开工前,应把经试验监理工程师批准使用的原材料进行混合料的配合比试验,混合料的组成设计应符合公路路面基层施工技术规范(JTJ034-2000)第4章有关规定,混合料按设计掺配后,应进行重型击实试验,得出最大干密度和最佳含水量,作为施工控制依据。由试验确定满足强度要求的施工用配合比,并报监理工程师审批,试验监理工程师经过审核计算并通过试验予以

13、验证后,提出合理配合比,并上报总监代表审批。只有批复后的混合料配合比才可使用。试验及资料:1、标准击实试验(市政试-43表);2、石灰土强度试验(市政试-34表)1.1.3审查承包人主要机械设备的配置及质量现状。在开工前承包人应自行检查为本工程施工所配置的机械设备的品种、数量及运行质量,并将检查调试结果汇成设备清单报监理工程师审查。监理工程师按报验的设备清单,按施工规范对施工机械的功能要求对其数量与质量逐一进行审查,主要包括;路拌和粉碎设备(灰土拌和机)、运输设备、整平机械、洒水车、压实设备(各种吨位的压路机,1215T的三轮压路机必须有)对功能不全或不能满足施工技术功能要求的机械设备,应禁止

14、使用。1.1.4检查路基,准备下承层。承包人在施工前对路基作全面的外形检查、强度检查以及沉降观测并修整路基,使路基表面平整、坚实,具有规定的路拱。路基的平整度、压实度及弯沉值均应符合设计或规范要求,沉降观测连续两个月小于5mm/月时,可以做底基层。1.1.5复核承包人施工放样承包人应在合格的下承层路基上恢复中线,直线段每1520m设一桩,平曲线段1015m设一桩,并在两侧路肩边缘外设指示桩,用红油漆标出底基层的边缘设计高程及松铺厚度标记,报道路监理工程师复核。试验及资料:1、测量记录(市政施-2表)2、_报验申请表(市政监-4)1.1.6审查承包人试验段开工报告承包人在正式开工前应先做试验段(

15、长度不小于单幅100m),由试验段施工需验证和决定的主要内容是:用于施工的材料的质量和混合料的配合比,混合料的松铺系数,标准的施工方法,确定每一作业段的合适长度,确定施工的组织及管理体系、质保体系人员等。试验路段在铺筑前,承包人应做好试铺前准备工作,并将准备采用的试铺方案报监理工程师审批,监理工程师通过对现场的检查以及对报告审核,确认满足试铺条件,可同意试铺路开工。试铺段要决定的主要内容如下:(1)验证用于施工的集料配合比例A调试拌和机,找出拌和机最佳行进速度B调整拌和时间,保证混合料均匀性C检查混合料含水量、石灰剂量、混合料试件7天无侧限抗压强度(2)确定松铺系数(3)确定标准施工方法1混合

16、料配比的控制2混合料拌和方法和适用机具,包括拌和机的行进速度、拌和深度的控制方式等3含水量的控制方法4压实机械的选择和组合,压实的顺序,速度和遍数5拌和、运输、摊铺和碾压机械及工序的协调和配合6压实度的检查方法,初定每一作业段的最小检查数量(4)确定每一作业段的合适长度(5)施工组织及管理体系、质保体系人员等。(6)质量检查内容、检验方法和检验频率。(7)试铺路面质量检验结果试铺段的检验频率应是标准中规定正式路面的2-3倍。当使用的原材料和混合料、施工机械、施工方法及试铺路面项目的检测结果都符合规定,经现场监理工程师审查、总监代表确认,报总监批准后,即可作为申报正式路面施工开工的依据。试验及资

17、料:1、试验段开工报告申请表(市政施管-1、市政监-1)及相关附件1.1.7旁站监理试铺路段试铺路段施工时,专业监理工程师应一起参加,检查施工工艺、技术措施是否符合要求,检查混合物拌和的均匀性,滴定灰剂量,测压实度并取样做试件,记录试验与检测结果,检查各种技术指标情况,对出现的问题提出改进意见。试铺段的质量检查频率应根据需要比正常施工时适当增加。试铺结束后,经检测各项技术指标均符合规定,承包人应立即编写试铺段总结报告,报现场监理工程师审查,报总监代表批准和总监确认后,即可作为申报正式开工的依据。试验及资料:1、试验段总结报告及技术参数汇总记录1.1.8审批开工申请报告承包人在做好一切全面施工的

18、准备工作后,即可书面申请全面开工。监理工程通过审查后确认满足开工条件,可同意全面开工。试验及资料:1、开工报告申请表(市政施管-1、市政监-1)及相关附件1.2施工阶段质量控制与监理要点1.2.1备料()所用的石灰必须充分消解。消解时间为710d,必须用10mm筛孔过筛,消解用水量为500800kg/t,经验值为700kg/t,()当土料需分层采集时,应将土分层堆放在同一场地上,然后从前到后将上下层土一起装车运到现场。土颗粒的最大尺寸15mm,且通过5mm筛孔的量60%。()石灰存放时间应尽量缩短,应分批进料,如在野外堆放时间较长,应覆盖防潮。 现场监理随时检查进场材料(石灰)质量,试验工程师

19、按规定频率抽检或见证试验。1.2.2上土、布灰。()根据试验计算出的松铺系数,确定填土的松铺厚度,保证压实厚度最大不超过20cm,最小不低于10cm,上土后摊平,洒水闷料,整平轻压。()按计算所得的每车石灰的纵横间距,用石灰在土层上做标记,同时划出摊铺石灰的边线,石灰卸置后均匀摊开,摊铺完后表面应没有空白位置。(3)石灰控制A石灰土中石灰剂量是以石灰质量占全部粗细土颗粒的干质量的百分率表示,即石灰剂量=石灰质量/干土质量。B根据石灰土的厚度、宽度及干密度,计算出半幅路基每延米的用灰量V=BHmaxa/(100+a)/ 消=式中:V:每延米路基用灰量(m3)B:该层路基施工平均宽度(m)H:该层

20、路基填筑厚度(m)max:各取土场石灰土(灰剂量为6%或10%)的最大干密度(Kg/m3)消:消石灰松散容重(Kg/m3)a:石灰剂量(6或10)C根据每延米用灰量及自卸车的斗容量,计算出每车石灰的方格面积,并据此打出石灰方格线。D将质量符合要求且已消解、沉伏好的石灰,运到路基上,按画好的方格控制上灰量,用平地机配合人工将石灰摊平、摊匀,并派专人检测石灰的摊铺厚度。1.2.3路拌机拌和()拌和必须均匀。用拌和机进行粉碎拌和时其拌和深度必须达稳定土底层,严禁形成素土“夹层”。拌和应破坏下承层的表层约1cm左右,以利上下层粘结。(2)在拌和过程中注意石灰的含量及拌和均匀性,及时进行灰剂量试验,确保

21、灰剂量达到设计要求。同时注意含水量,如果含水量太高,则拌一遍之后进行晾晒;如含水量太低,则必须及时洒水。现场监理及时检查拌和的均匀性和土颗粒大小。混合料在摊铺整平后,现场监理旁站检查混合料含水量、松铺厚度及碾压前平整度。试验及资料:1、石灰剂量检测(市政试-35表)2、含水量检测3、松铺厚度检查4、无侧限抗压强度试验(市政试-34)1.2.4整形()拌和均匀后,先用平地机初步整平和整型。在直线段,平地机由两侧向路中心进行刮平;在平曲线段由内侧向外侧刮平。刮平时要按规定的路拱调整好平地机的铲刀。()初步整平后即可用振动压路机不开振动快速碾压12遍,以暴露潜在的不平整,然后进行找平。找平时对于局部

22、低洼处,应用齿耙将其表面5cm以上耙松,再用拌和灰土时行找补平整。()找补平整之后,再进行快速碾压12遍,然后再用平地机进行整型一次,使路横坡度符合要求。1.2.5碾压初步碾压整型后,混合料处于最佳含水量水量1%时,即可进行碾压,碾压时应注意以下几点:1.碾压用12T以上压路机碾压,按预定压实厚度一次碾压成型,直至规定的压实度为止。一般需68遍。直线段和无超高的平曲线段由两侧向路中心碾压,有超高平曲线段由内侧向外侧路肩碾压。碾压时后轮重叠1/2轮宽,碾压速度头两遍采用1.51.7km/h,以后采用2.02.5km/h。路面的两侧应多压23遍。2. 接缝及调头处的处理两工作段的衔接处应搭接拌和。

23、前一段拌和后留58m不进行碾压,待后一段施工时,将前一段未压部分一起再进行拌和并与后一段一起平整碾压。施工机械不宜在已压成的层上“调头”或“急刹车”。新线段应采取全断面施工法,尽量避免纵向接缝。老路改造段必须采用二幅施工时,施工后半幅时应将前半幅边缘切齐切直,洒水湿润,路拌时,接缝处不能摊铺素土,拌和时由专人负责清理接缝,拌和结束且混合料经检验合格后方可摊回接缝处,确保骑缝处没有素土夹层。3.碾压过程中,如有“弹簧”松散、起皮等现象,及时翻开重新处理。4.碾压结束之前,应用平地机再终平一次,使路拱、标高等符合要求。终平应仔细,必须将局部高的部分刮除,并排出路外;对于局部低洼处,不再找补,留待下

24、一层铺筑时处理。5.碾压时应尽量一次碾压成型,并禁止变速、变向碾压,坚决防止漏压。灰土施工应连续作业,一气呵成。从加灰拌和至碾压成型,不宜超过24小时,否则应视情况作补灰重新处理。试验及资料:1、压实度检测(灌砂法)(市政试-44表)1.2.6养生及验收评定碾压结束之后,及时测试其压实度看是否达到规定压实度要求,如果没达到,则必须继续加强碾压,直到满足要求;如达到规定要求,则应及时洒水养护,必须进行保湿养生,不使灰土表层干燥,也不应过分潮湿或时干时湿。养生时采用水车洒水的方式,以灰土表面潮湿为准,养生期不小于7天。养生时应特别注意,洒水从低到高的原则,而且不能退着洒水养生。养生期内在灰土未成型

25、之前除洒水车外,禁止开放交通保证路表面湿润,未成型之前严禁开放交通。养生期间由施工单位自检、监理单位通过见证试验的方式进行检测验收,内容包括强度、压实度、厚度、弯沉值、平整度、宽度、纵断高程、横坡等现场监理督促施工单位整理所有资料。试验及资料:(注:带为施工过程中所需资料;带为验收所需资料)1、石灰土施工日志(市政施-28)2、见证记录(市政试-62表)3、松铺厚度检测表4、混合料含水量试验记录5、石灰剂量试验报告(市政试-35表)6、无侧限强度试验报告(市政试-34表)7、压实度试验报告(市政试-44表)8、结构层压实厚度检测表9、弯沉试验报告(市政试-51表)10、平整度检测表11、宽度检

26、测表12、纵断高程检测表13、横坡检测表14、石灰土质量检验评定表(市政质检-20.2表)15、_报验申请表(市政监-4表)16、中间交接验收记录(市政施管-5表)1.2.7其它需注意的问题:()用粘性土作石灰土底基层时,必须闷料,闷料时间是12d。()严禁用薄层找平。()机械设备必须配套,从而保证每道工序配备相适应的机械设备,形成连续作业的机械设备组合链,如推土机、平地机、振动压路机、1821T的三光轮压路机、洒水车等,满足灰土施工需要。()严把石灰进场质量关。对每批进场的石灰都要进行石灰钙镁含量的测量,不合格的材料坚决不予用于工程中。()消解石灰时应消解均匀充分,并应保持一定的含水量和一定

27、的沉伏期。确保石灰消解的质量,以免成型后的灰土表面起“蘑菇”。()严格控制素土整平后的高程,保证灰剂量的均匀性和拌和的均匀性,避免出现素土夹层(对于路拌法),同时也保证了灰土的大面平整。()严格控制混合料的含水量(现场控制应大于最佳含水量2个百分点),以免碾压成型时因含水量偏大造成表面反弹、推移,而压实度无法达到要求;或因含水量偏小,而无法碾压成型、起皮等。一旦出现上述现象,立即采取重新拌和等措施进行处理。()平地机整平时应遵循宁刮勿补的原则。尽量避免下刀过狠、过快而造成低贴补引起起皮。()施工时温度必须5。工地气温低于5或有浓雾、降雨时,不应安排灰土施工。过冬时,对已施工部分必须覆盖。通常采

28、用20cm厚素土覆盖。灰土施工应连续作业,混合料洒水拌和后,必须当天完成碾压。()灰土施工的压实厚度,用1215T三光轮压路机碾压时,每层不超过15cm,用1821T三光轮压路时,每层不超过20cm,压实厚度超过上述规定,则应分层铺筑,每层最小压实厚度为10 cm。()纵缝处理:老路改造施工时,石灰土层和二灰碎石基层施工均需半幅施工,所以石灰土层和二灰碎石基层的施工中缝应错开,施工中应合理组织安排。施工工艺程序DL02: 石灰稳定土施工质量监理程序施工单位 监理单位 监 控 要 点 开工条件审查总监代表、道路专监1. 审查施组设计、施工工艺及流程、质保体系。工期计划、安全及环保措施。2. 审查
