9、并、台面重构、旱改水、梯田改造、边角地整治、开发零星未利用非耕地、低效园林地整治等工程。1.1.1 台面重构本项目土地平整采用局部平整方式,不搞统一化,应根据地形、面积、空间结构特点将项目区划分成若干坡度土地平整单元,单元内土地平整的填挖方尽可能限制在本单元内部,追求单元内土地平整的统一化;挖高填低,尽可能挖填平衡,相邻单元之间平整后的高差作为相邻梯田的高差。土地平整施工分四个程序:即坡改梯前将原坡耕地较肥沃的表土(厚0.2m)先剥离,待平整后回填作梯田表土,以利耕作,运距控制在10-2Om之内;未成台旱地田土移动、挖高填低,以实现梯地平整要求,土方移动运距控制在30-4Om之内;下层深翻,使

18、:将挖方区域的土推运至填方区域,使合并后田块内的田面平整度基本一致,根据实际测算平均挖填运距约为50米;4)田填修筑:新修田坎为土质田坎,采用生土分层夯实,迎水面采取泥浆”搭田边、糊田坎”的方式进行防渗处理,根据实际情况每条田坎设置1到3处放水口(土),修筑好的田坎具有囤水功能;5)犁底层夯实:在深层土方移动过程中(挖填大于0.2m的田块)会破坏原有犁底层结构,因此在完成第5步工序后,需对平整的深层土进行压实,压实后的犁底层土壤容重控制在1.82.0gcm3之间;6)机械造浆:待犁底层夯实后,在田块内进行机械造浆。采用的施工方法为机械造浆,蓄水深度20cm,蓄水后使田块表层土充分浸泡,浸泡时间
