WithoutprejudicetoArticles5,52,53and69ofthisRegulation,generalpurposeAIsystemsshallonlycomplywiththerequirementsandobligationssetoutinArticle4b.1.在不影响本条例第5、52、53和69条的情况下，通用人工智能系统只应符合第4b条所列的要求和义务。2. AnAIsystemthatisitselfaproductcoveredbytheUnionharmonisationlegislationlistedinAnnexIIshallbeconsideredashighriskifitisrequiredtoundergoathird-partyconformityassessmentwithaviewtotheplacingonthemarketorpu
19、ttingintoserviceofthatproductpursuanttotheabovementionedlegislation.1.如果一个人工智能系统本身是附件II所列欧盟协调立法所涵盖的产品，而根据上述立法，为了将该产品投放市场或投入使用，需要对其进行第三方合格评定，则该系统应被视为高风险系统。2.
