2、ntist. 他是个名气很大的科学家。,4.Some traps in Negative Structure否定结构中的陷阱,e.g. You cannot not be too careful. 你越小心越好.,表否定,1、译成汉语主动句：当主语为无生命的名词，而且句子不出现有by引导的行为主语时，保留原来的主语不变。,e.g. The new company was capitalized a $24 million. 这家公司曾经拥有2400万美金。,2、主宾颠倒：可将by结构中的宾语翻译成主语，而将原来的主语翻译成宾语。,e.g. 800 people had been saved b
3、y the organization. 组织拯救了800人.,3、翻译成汉语判断句：不突出被动动作，而着重于对事 物的状态、过程和性质等加以描述，经常采用“是的”判断句。,e.g. This kind of device is much needed in the mechanical watch-making industry. 这种装置在机械表制造业中是很重要的。,4、把被动句中的“被”字用其它字替代：“被” “受、遭、让、由、得以、受到、遭到、为所”等。,e.g. The proposal on the improvement of the investment environment is accepted by all the members of the committee. 这条关于改善投资环境的建议为该委员会全体委员所接受。,5、被动惯用句型：泛指我们、人们、有人、大家等。,e.g. It is believed that almost all sudden deaths are caused by damage to the heart. 有人认为大多数的突发死亡都是由心脏受损引起的。,有人认为.,Thank you！,
