Words indicating persons or parties include corporations and other legal entities, except where the context requires otherwise.1.1.1 合同1.1.1 The Contract1.1.1.1“合同(Contract)”指合同协议书、中标函、投标函、本合同条件、规范、图纸、资料表、以及在合同协议书或中标函中列明的其它进一步的文件(如有时)。1.1.1.1 Contr
28、act means the Contract Agreement, the Letter of Acceptance, the Letter of Tender, these Conditions, the Specification, the Drawings, the Schedules, and the further documents (if any) which are listed in the Contract Agreement or in the Letter of Acceptance.1.1.1.2“合同协议书(Contract Agreement)”指第1.6款【合同

If there is no such letter of acceptance, the expression Letter of Acceptance means the Contract Agreement and the date of issuin
