3、 series is a three-phase, AC, HV disconnector of double post, horizontal break, single arm shrinkable clamp style.（briefed as “GW23A-252 disconnector”）is used in power supply system with rated frequency 50Hz and rated voltage 252kV, providing HV line to transition under no load conditions as well as
4、 disconnecting the repaired HV busbar、circuit breaker and other high voltage electric equipment and between live HV lines. At the same time, it also applied when mode of operation in power system need to change during reversing switch to carry out charging current for switching busbar 、voltage trans
5、former and lightening arrester.1. 9、ted and improved disconnector (conforming to SGCCs requirement) developed on the basis of GW23A-252. The moving contact system is of robotic manipulator structure, which provides beautiful outline, excellent electric and mechanical performances, good ability in resisting corrosion and earthquake and
10、 reduces the longitudinal distance of the power station, saves occupying area、down leads and insulators comparing with other kind of disconnectors. It provides the following characteristics: a. The main circuit adopts top-grade anti-rust al-alloy that provides excellent conducting capacity, light we
11、ight, high mechanical intensity; the driving part of the main blade, balance spring, clamping spring, reset spring are designed in the conduct pipe to be free from the outside environment influnence. b. The fixed contacting surface is tinplated; change the structure of the static connector, enhance
12、the contacting stress of the dynamic and static connectors; add insulating components to the upper conductive rod(avoid branching); measures are adopted to ensure the conductive circuit is not to hot, such as, sealing glum is daubed to the fixed conductive contacting surface to avoid the entering of
13、 the water and moisture.c. Every part of the main blade all adopts fixed soft connecting through-flow, soft connection adopts pure aluminum material, silver plating on the conductive connecting surface, good conductive and flowing ability, Anodic oxidation processing is conducted to every layer of t
14、he soft connection to ensure the processing of the no corrosion of the soft connecting net. d. Top pressure tripping device is improved to insure reliable making and keep good working state under the action of wind force and electric dynamic force. Modify the insulating roller into stainless roller

Rotating link adopts no oil lubricated bearings and insulating no oil bearing, transmission link adopts joint bearings, all the shaft pins are using aluminum bronze or stainless steel material which have corrosion resistance capability, low rotating resistance, small c
16、ooperating gap, reliable transmission, by effectively avoiding the rusting of the rotating bearing, it ensures the flexible rotation. f. By adopting high quality raw materials or high anti-corroding surface treatment measures to improve the corrosion resistance capability of overall product of corro
17、sion of, such as all the surfaces of the steel components adopt galvanized treatment; all the shaft pins adopt aluminum bronze or stainless steel material; the non conductive contact surface of the conductive pipe adopts anodic oxidation treatment etc. g. The main earthing blade and vertical transmi
18、ssion rod connected to the noumenon are connected by the plywood and clamp, the main earthing blade is the third class level, the transmitting end adopts u-shaped bolts and clamp connecting style, and the other adopts double screw adjustable connector, the field welding and drilling can be canceled,
19、 and the field installation, debugging, disassembly and maintenance are very convenience to the consumers.h. The earthing blade adopts the single foot action structure with the counterweight of a heavy hammer, the hammer adopts adjustable structure to ensure the moments of the earthing blade balance
20、, the opening and the closing operation smooth, and the operation easy and reliable during the process of opening and closing. i. The earthing blade can be incorporated by CJTKA perfectly improved electric mechanism, or CS31 perfectly improved manpower mechanism, all of them adopt stainless steel or

High qualified strength post insulator which is stable is adopted, it requires that the sintering position of the porcelain bottle porcelain should naked and have waterproof structure, safety coefficient of mechanical load 2.5 times and above should be met. Porcelain bottle manufacturer
23、 and the test of porcelain bottles entering the company should be strictly examined to ensure its high quality and reliability. k. Structure of the DisconnectorGW23A-252 disconnector（single-pole assembly sketch is shown in pic 7, three-pole assembly sketch is shown in pic 8）main
31、ly consists of pedestal、post insulator、rotating insulator、main blade、fixed contact、 operating mechanism,etc. Earth switch could be incorporated. The pedestal is composed by the channel steel and steel sheet. The lower part is designed with installation hole to fix with the foundation, the upper part
32、 is mounted with insulation post, the side is able to be installed with earth switch; and it could also be installed with mechanical interlock plate etc. The insulator, dividing into the post insulator and the rotating insulator, is made by the top-grade porcelain. It establishes the insulation to e
33、arth for the live system and guarantees the mechanical stability for the disconnector under moving or fixed load. The main blade, with single cantilever and shrinkable structure, is composed by the upper-pipe equipment、lower-pipe equipment、pedestal etc. The moving contact is equipped on the top of u
34、pper-pipe equipment and the contacting pressure is produced and held by the press tripping device (inside the upper-pipe equipment). The fixed contact is composed by the fixed contact rod , steel cored aluminum stranded wire,cross-arm aluminum sheet and clamp.1 rotating insulator 2 pedestal at movin

Motor Operation Mechanism（figure1,sequnence 3）CJTKA motor mechanism-outdoor dynamic mechanism is driven by three phase AC power and conveys torque to the outgoing axle through the gear、worm and worm wheel speed reduction device. The mec
37、hanism could be designed with auxiliary switch, hand device closed or opened by manpower, heater、lightening lamp、 manual lockout switch and other components. 4. Manual Operation Mechanism（figure1,sequnence 3）CS31 manual mechanism conveys torque to the outgoing axle through the worm and worm wheel sp
38、eed reduction device. The mechanism could be designed with auxiliary switch, keyhole and electromagnetic lock if required by user. 5.1 Working Principle CJTKA motor mechanism pushes the rotating insulator to turn 135through the connector, vertical connecting rode and pedestal rotating axle; the four
39、-connecting-rod composed by the bent arm、connecting rods changes the force direction, drives the lower conductive tube to rotate at vertical plane. The gear rack in the lower conductive tube meshes with the wheel gear in the gearbox, the wheel gear drives the connect fork through the turning axle to
40、 force the upper conductive tube to reciprocate following the lower conductive tube. When the disconnector is near to be closed, the inclined plane on top of gearbox contacts the roller and pushes the roller to move upward along the inclined plane, which pushes the pull rod to move and forces the cl
41、amping spring to be compressed and the contact finger to clamp the conductive tube of the fixed contact, applicable pressure is hold and the closing motion ends.The opening operation is contrary to this, after being folded, put the upper and lower conductive rods beside the pedestal, form a clear tr
42、ansverse fracture with the static connector. Through the transmission turning arm, connecting pole, the two secondary active poles are connected to the transmission turning arm of the primary active pole, so as to make the three phases work simultaneously. 5.2 Working Principle of Earth SwitchCS31 m
43、anual mechanism pushes the turning axle of to rotate 90through the connecting rod、four-connecting-rod, the earth knife rotates at vertical plane at first, then changes into linear motion after rotating about 90until inserting into the earth fixed contact and meshes correctly, the closing operation e
44、nds; the opening operation is opposite to that. The opening operation is contrary to this, the earthing blade rotates 90at the vertical plane, take the earthing static connector back to the horizontal opening position, and form a clear vertical fracture with the upper earthing static connector. The
45、active arm of the earthing blade has the small power operation, static action, reliable closing because of the principle of the moment balance of the two sides of the lever. Through the transmission turning arm, connecting pole, the secondary active pole is connected to the transmission turning arm
