3、观的经济效益和社会效益。二、项目立项的必要性及需求分析1项目的意义汽车排污已成为大气污染的主要根源 ,在城市控制汽车排污已成为环保工作的重中之重。为此,世界发达国家花巨资研究开发电动车,实行政府补贴,鼓励生产、使用电动车。我国电动车研究开发已接近世界发达国家水平,部分核心技术处于世界领先水平,产业化基本处于同一起跑线。国家在“十一五”规划中,把电动车的研发列为重大项目之一。湖北省科技“十一五”规划纲要中也把电动车的优先发展作为科技发展的重中之重。2项目实施的基础条件我公司有多年的汽车制造经验,近几年来与国内多家电动车公司,如东风电动车股份有限公司、北京新日电动车公司,圣宝龙电动车公司以及湖北兰

11、光车、电动四轮车系统的建造、产业化等。武汉理工大学负责电动观光车控制系统的开发,产品测试及协助完成电动车产业化等工作,协调项目的整体进程。同时建立两家联席会议制度,通过定期的技术协调沟通会,发挥两家的技术优势,尽快实现技术突破。五、技术、经济效益、推广应用及产业化1技术、经济、社会效益分析世界石油资源的枯竭,带来原油价格不断上涨;汽车工业的不断发展,带来对原油的需求量逐年增长,汽车尾气对环境的破坏程度也越来越大。这些都给电动车的发展带来了极大的机遇和发展前景。电动车具有节能、噪音低、零排放的优点。电动车已经成为未来汽车工业发展的方向,越来越受到世界各国的重视。本项目的实施,将给企业带来极大的经

I watched the balloons positioned at different altitudes in the sky to test the winds, knowing that if they would just line up in a vertical straight line we would be go for launch.I feel this mission was created for me because I am also a journalist and a photographer, but above all I live for
19、taking a leap of faith - the feeling of pushing the envelope into uncharted territory.The guy who is going to do this, Felix Baumgartner, must have that same feeling, at a level I will never reach. However, it did not stop me from feeling his pain when a gust of swirling wind kicked up and twisted t
20、he partially filled balloon that would take him to the upper end of our atmosphere. As soon as the 40-acre balloon, with skin no thicker than a dry cleaning bag, scraped the ground I knew it was over.How claustrophobia almost grounded supersonic skydiverWith each twist, you could see the wrinkles of
21、 disappointment on the face of the current record holder and capcom (capsule communications), Col. Joe Kittinger. He hung his head low in mission control as he told Baumgartner the disappointing news: Mission aborted.The supersonic descent could happen as early as Sunday.The weather plays an importa
22、nt role in this mission. Starting at the ground, conditions have to be very calm - winds less than 2 mph, with no precipitation or humidity and limited cloud cover. The balloon, with capsule attached, will move through the lower level of the atmosphere (the troposphere) where our day-to-day weather
23、lives. It will climb higher than the tip of Mount Everest (5.5 miles/8.85 kilometers), drifting even higher than the cruising altitude of commercial airliners (5.6 miles/9.17 kilometers) and into the stratosphere. As he crosses the boundary layer (called the tropopause), he can expect a lot of turbu
24、lence.The balloon will slowly drift to the edge of space at 120,000 feet (22.7 miles/36.53 kilometers). Here, Fearless Felix will unclip. He will roll back the door.Then, I would assume, he will slowly step out onto something resembling an Olympic diving platform.Below, the Earth becomes the concret
25、e bottom of a swimming pool that he wants to land on, but not too hard. Still, hell be traveling fast, so despite the distance, it will not be like diving into the deep end of a pool. It will be like he is diving into the shallow end.Skydiver preps for the big jumpWhen he jumps, he is expected to re
26、ach the speed of sound - 690 mph (1,110 kph) - in less than 40 seconds. Like hitting the top of the water, he will begin to slow as he approaches the more dense air closer to Earth. But this will not be enough to stop him completely.If he goes too fast or spins out of control, he has a stabilization
27、 parachute that can be deployed to slow him down. His team hopes its not needed. Instead, he plans to deploy his 270-square-foot (25-square-meter) main chute at an altitude of around 5,000 feet (1,524 meters).In order to deploy this chute successfully, he will have to slow to 172 mph (277 kph). He w
28、ill have a reserve parachute that will open automatically if he loses consciousness at mach speeds.Even if everything goes as planned, it wont. Baumgartner still will free fall at a speed that would cause you and me to pass out, and no parachute is guaranteed to work higher than 25,000 feet (7,620 m
29、eters).It might not be the moon, but Kittinger free fell from 102,800 feet in 1960 - at the dawn of an infamous space race that captured the hearts of many. Baumgartner will attempt to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind. This is one of those monumental moments I will always remember, because there is no way Id miss this.
