Master the simple conversation about calling a phone. 3. Emotion Aim Cultivate students emotion of lovin

3、g life. Develop studentsimaginations.III. Difficulties and Main Points Difficulties : Master the four-skilled phrases of their -ing Form. Main Points : The pronunciation and writing of the -ing form of verb phrases.IV. Teaching aids Cards, pictures, and CAIV. Teaching Procedures Step1: Warm up 1. Gu

4、essing After introducing myself , ask students to guess what I can do. And guide them to answer this question by using “I can.” to express abilities. 2. Lets do Let all students stand up and chant a poem with actions. Step2: Lead in T: I can do many things , and my friends can, too. Lets ask them. (

5、show students a picture of Y.O.N) Then show the video about what Y.O.N can do. Ask and answer by using : What can you do ? I can. Step3: Presentation T: You and I can do many things. And you are helpful. Follow me to find out what our friends are doing now. 1. Watch the video and pictures to learn t

6、he five verb phrases one by one (drawing pictures, doing the dishes, cooking dinner, reading a book, answering the phone). 2. After learning one new phrase, do a small game to practice how to say it.(who does well in the game, give him/her a picture about this phrase or some “apples”) 3. At the same

7、 time, learn how to ask“What are you doing?” Step4: Practice 1. Game: Jigsaw Puzzle Show how to play the game. Teacher: Who has the picture of cooking dinner/.? Please stick it onto the blackboard. (The student who has got the picture sticks it on the blackboard) 2. Game: Matching Game Show how to p

8、lay the game. (Take out the word card of “What are you doing?” and stick it beside the picture.) Then ask some students to match the word cards with the pictures and stick them beside the pictures. 3. Lets Chant 4. Role play Ask a student to be Bolooloo and some to be other friends to act how to ask
