26、;17、OMC上修改BCCH频点的步骤1、进入OMC-REG1-RADIO NETWORK MANAGER控制面板.2、选择要修改频点的基站载频号.BSC级-BTS级-载频级.3、更改频点号 先更改频点号.然后单击select按钮,在看setting菜单项中的Automatic Locking是否选重,如果选重单击File菜单项中的Send to Network.如果没有选重setting菜单项中的Automatic Locking,先选重在进行更改.在执行File菜单项中的Send to Network.终端修改BCCH频点,具体如下:1、先锁定需要修改的小区ZEQS:BTS=*:L:FHO
27、; FHO表示带切换的锁定;2、锁定需要修改的载波ZERS:BTS=*,TRX=*; 3、修改频点ZERM:BTS=*,TRX=*:FREQ=*;4、解锁修改频点的载波:ZERS:BTS=*,TRX=*:U;5、解锁小区:ZEQS:BTS=*:U;6、检查修改的小区BCCH频点的反向邻区关系的小区是否和所要修改频点的小区在同一个BSC下,在的话则完成修改频点操作,如果有部分小区不在,则需要进入相应的BSC,通过ZEAM命令来修改与该小区有邻区关系的BCCH频点。18、ZEUO查看功率控制参数格式: ZEUO:BTS=XX:如下图:With the EUO command you output
