29、过程中严格服从厂家指导安装。安装主要以人工安装为主,16t汽车吊配合,人工找平、找正。在施工完成后经过厂家指导安装人员、监理公司人员、业主方验收,在钢筋绑扎过程中,时刻注意组合架的稳定性和各项指标的准确性,并在混凝土浇筑前进行重复验收,浇筑混凝土过程中密切注意螺栓安装的精确度,确保混凝土浇筑完成,各项数据不变。一、人员、工器具、机械组织施工机械工器具25t汽车吊1台水准仪1套直流电焊机1台扳手8把电动扭矩扳手1套钢板尺2把手持电钻1台直尺2把酒精喷灯1台拐角尺2把二、施工工期单台风机基础预应力地锚组合架安装工期为1个工作日。三、主要施工工序定位螺栓及上锚固板安装下锚固板安装预埋件留置施工准备安

30、装调整螺栓安装加固验收四、施工工艺流程4.1锚栓组合件的清点。施工前,根据预应力锚栓基础图纸中锚栓组合件清单(附表 锚栓组合件清单),清点各部件数量,对各部件进行外观检查。查看上、下锚板是否变形;锚栓螺纹是否损伤、锚栓是否弯曲,将不合格品剔除,严禁使用。4.2将所需部件运至现场后放置在平整的地方,用软木支垫,以防上、下锚板变形和螺栓螺纹的损坏。4.3预埋件留置:根据预应力锚栓基础图要求,核对安装下锚板的预埋件数量、尺寸和位置是否正确。在浇筑地基混凝土时预留置埋件8块, 4.4下锚板的安装:使用16t汽车吊,将下锚板吊起后缓缓移动到预埋件上方300mm处停住,先将下锚板支撑螺栓对应穿入下锚板上的

31、螺孔内,下锚板上下各放一个螺母,在下锚板下面的螺母上加一垫片。内外支撑螺栓对准预埋件后,吊车将下锚板放置在预埋件上。 4.4.1将下锚板的中心对应基础中心,将下锚板支撑螺栓与对应的预埋件焊接牢固,焊脚高度不小于6mm。4.4.2调整下锚板的平整度,调节支撑螺栓,使下锚板达到图纸设计标高,且下锚板的水平度不超过3mm。4.4.3定位锚栓的安装:基础锚栓分为定位锚栓(套两段热缩管)和普通锚栓(套一段热缩管)。4.4.3.1用吊车将上锚板吊起到一定高度,然后在上锚板的内外螺栓孔上均布对称穿上定位锚栓,锚栓穿入上锚板后带上临时钢螺母。在锚栓的下端(平头端)拧上发黑的半螺母,然后将PVC套管(长度按图纸

32、要求)套入锚栓,再把热缩管套在PVC套管上(定位锚栓套两段热缩管)。在定位锚栓的上端(锥头端)拧入尼龙调节螺母(不允许用钢螺母)。4.4.3.2定位锚栓穿好后,吊车慢慢吊起锚板和定位锚栓,移动至下锚板正上方,把定位锚栓穿入对应的下锚板螺栓孔内,在下锚板下方垫上垫片后拧紧发黑整螺母(不得错用达克罗螺母)。螺母拧紧力矩要求为300Nm。4.4.4普通螺栓的安装:在定位锚栓安装完毕并,找平、找正后,将普通锚栓按照对角顺序安装原则,锚栓上端(锥头端)先穿入上锚板,另一端(已安装半螺母)穿入下锚板,同样的方法将剩余锚栓逐步安装就位。并在锚栓的下端(平头端)拧上发黑的半螺母,锚栓的下端至半螺母的下平面距离

33、L2,然后将PVC套管套入锚栓,再把热缩管套在PVC套管上(普通锚栓套一段热缩管),普通锚栓上端(锥头端)螺纹长度为120-130mm。加好垫片拧紧螺母(发黑螺母)。螺母拧紧力矩要求为300Nm,不得遗漏。4.4.5下锚板下方局部垫层浇筑前进行隐蔽工程验收,经监理验收签证、确认合格(无遗漏且拧紧)后方可进行下一步的施工。4.4.6锚栓组合件的调整4.4.6.1在风机基础外侧(自然地坪面)每90位置定一桩,然后用装有花篮螺栓的拖拉绳将上锚板与桩连接,调节四个方向的花篮螺栓,使上、下锚板同心(以上、下锚板螺栓孔的中心线为基准,同心度允许偏差满足3mm)。4.4.6.2上、下锚板同心后,调整上锚板的

34、水平度:测量定位锚栓处上锚板平面筒节对接区域的水平度,调节尼龙螺母和临时钢螺母使上锚板平面达到图纸设计标高,上锚板水平度满足1.5mm左右(严禁将PVC套管穿出上锚板上平面),然后用酒精喷灯加热PVC套管端口处的热缩管,使其收缩封堵PVC套管和锚栓的间隙。 4.4.6.3锚栓上端(锥头端)露出上锚板长度满足L1mm1.5.4.4.6.4调整结束后,用4根钢筋(两个方向、每个方向为十字架)加强锚栓组合件。钢筋上端与上锚板焊钉焊接,下端与基础预埋件焊接,并在4根钢筋的交汇点焊接牢固,加强锚栓组合件的整体稳定性。4.4.7钢筋绑扎、支模后,混凝土浇筑前复查上锚板的水平度,达到要求后,方可浇筑混凝土。

35、4.4.8锚栓组合键安装完毕后先向监理工程申请隐蔽工程验收,在浇筑下锚板下方混凝土前,下锚板下方的锚栓螺母必须得到监理工程验收合格签字确认后方可浇筑。4.4.9在浇筑基层混凝土过程中,主要保护锚栓组合件,用塑料布吧锚板及锚栓上部全部包好,以免浇筑混凝土时上锚板和锚栓被污染或破坏。4.4.10在钢筋绑扎、模板制安及混凝土浇筑过程中可能对上锚板水平度有所影响,在进行灌浆前,对上锚板进行水平度检查。调整锚栓,将锚栓的水平度控制在2mm以内。4.4.11主体混凝土浇筑完成3天后,对锚栓进行二次灌浆,二次灌浆时,从另一侧溢出为止,灌浆开始后,必须连续进行并尽可能缩短灌浆时间。4.4.12灌浆Sika G

37、使之充分浸润饱和,但在Sika grout 214施工前做到基表无明水和小水坑。4.4.12.2混 合:每一包(25kg粉料)建议加水量为:3.6-3.9L,先把70-80预先称重好的干净水加入到一干净容器中,然后在不断搅拌的同时慢慢加入整包的Sika grout 214。然后再加入剩余的水并继续低速(最大800rpm)搅拌2-4分钟,直到混合均匀。停止搅拌,保持现状1-2分钟,然后再继续低速搅拌1-2分钟。4.4.12.3施 工:立即将搅拌好的料进行灌注,确保灌注过程中空气能够通畅排出。进行设备基础灌浆时,需确保提供足够的压力以维持灌浆料持续地流动。砂浆表面暴露在外的面积越少越好。4.4.1
