15、工组织设计第一篇 工程概况一、项目概况 绥满高速公路牡丹江至哈尔滨段大修工程,起点桩号为K165+120,位于牡丹江大学明珠广场和现有城市道路黑白路面交接处连接,终点桩号K464+570.3,位于绥满高速哈尔滨收费站处, K431+390.3-K464+570.3大修工程已于2010年完工,故本次主线大修设计里程为K165+120-K431+390.3。A10合同段桩号为:K416+000-K431+390.318(全幅),全长15.39km。 二、自然概况(一)项目地理位置及地形地貌绥满高速公路牡丹江至哈尔滨段地处山岭区,A10合同段全长15.39km。路线走廊带呈东-西走向,地理位置介于东

16、经1270212933和北纬44354529之间,是国道主干线绥满公路(G010)的一段。 (二)气候条件路线所处区域公路自然区划为2区,即东北中部山前平原重冻区。该区域属大陆性北温带季风气候,年平均气温为2.8,极端最高气温为34.8,极端最低气温为41;年平均降雨量为691mm,降雨期集中在68月份。 (三) 地质概况沿线地质构造为新生代第四纪沉积层和残积层。地表土壤多为低液限粘土、碎石土、风化砂砾等,下层为花岗岩。(四)水文情况沿线河流漫滩区含水层较厚,土质颗粒松散、透水性好,地下水位埋深较浅。三、工程概况(一)主要技术标准本项目采用四车道高速公路标准按设计速度:80km/h,双向四车道

19、JTG F30-2003)公路沥青路面施工技术规范(JTG F40-2004)4、国家颁布的现行公路工程施工安全技术施工规程及国家、黑龙江省关于安全生产、文明施工的有关规定。 二、施工组织设计编制原则1、严格遵守招标文件条款及约定的原则,质量第一,信誉至上。2、遵循与设计、规范和验收标准一致的原则。3、坚持实事求是的原则。4、坚持施工全过程全方位严格管理的原则。5、坚持优化技术方案和推广四新成果的原则。6、坚持科学而合理地安排施工程序的原则。7、以“与人方便,自己方便”为原则。8、严格贯彻“安全第一,预防为主”的方针和原则。第三篇 指导思想和目标一、指导思想质量上本着“百年大计,质量第一”、“

20、修一条公路建一处丰碑”给沿线人民留下一个精心工程的指导思想。科学组织,精心施工,提高质量标准,进一步贯彻质量第一、信誉第一和经济效益第一,三位一体的指导思想,加强组织领导,调动一切积极因素,加强全面计划管理,认真贯彻部颁及国颁标准,用标准来指导生产,使我们的生产程序化、规范化、标准化。确保工程有条不紊的进行,尽量采用先进的施工方法,确保工程质量满足业主要求。二、管理思路创优目标:确保优质工程,争创精品工程。确保工程质量全部达到交通部现行的质量检验评定标准。确保本工程为优良工程,争创部优。三、管理目标分项工程竣工一次验收合格率100%;单位工程优良品率100%;工程合同履约率100%;顾客满意率

21、95%以上。重大安全事故为零,质量事故为零,实现零投诉。(一)质量目标1、路面基层(1)压实度大于或等于98%(基层及底基层)。(2)平整度:基层采用3m直尺进行检查、允许偏差7mm,合格率100%。2、路面面层(1)压实度(%):以最大理论密度的93%或试验室标准密度的97%作为评定的标准密度,合格率低的作为评定结果。(2)平整度:上面层0.7,下面层1.0。(3)孔隙率:控制在3-6%。(4)构造深度(初期):大于或等于0.55。(5)渗水系数:上面层100ml/min,下面层120ml/min。(6)厚度(mm):上面层(合格值):-10%h,总厚度(合格值):-8%h。(二)质量方针以
