26、区的主干道路,是连接xx路集中区的重要交通通道,对xx路集中区的经济、社会发展有着十分重要的作用。由于建设年代较早(九十年代)现路面破损严重,路面强度已不能满足城市次干路交通要求,开发区拟将此12条道路进行改建。 二、道路现状为清楚说明本项目整体道路现状,现将其分述如下:1本项目一期改造工程?路(?路?路),长度为1035m,现状为沥青砼路面;?路(?路?口)长2428.17m ,其中青岛路至大连路路宽为15米,现状为沥青砼路面,其余路段路面均为耕地;?路(?路?路),长度为324m,现状为沥青砼路面; ?路(?路?路),长度为1035m,现状为沥青砼路面。2本项目二期改造工程(补强)?路(?

28、0.2%。路拱均为斜直线路拱。与三路、路交叉,转弯半径均为15m。路红线60米,施工起点铁路口,终点路,修建长度?米。改建机动车道为二幅路。机动车道为212.0米,中间隔离带为15.0米,绿化带宽26米,人行道为24.5米。最大纵坡1.0%,最小纵坡0.3%,均为斜直线路拱。与路交叉,转弯半径为15,12.5,7m。路红线40米,施工起点路,终点路,修建长度819.3米。 改建机动车道为一幅路,机动车道为15.0米,绿化带宽29米,人行道均为23.5米。最大纵坡1.6%,最小纵坡0.3%,均为斜直线路拱。与路交叉,转弯半径为50,15,13m。路红线20米,施工起点路,终点为路,修建长度280

33、为:4cm(AC-16I型)中粒式沥青砼(SBS改性沥青)6cm(AC-25I型)粗粒式沥青砼20cm(8.5:1.5:20:70)石灰、水泥、粉煤灰、碎石20cm(10:20:70)石灰、粉煤灰、土18cm 10%窑灰土 总厚度:68cm本项目二期改造工程(补强)中的道路结构由上至下为:4cm(AC-16I型)中粒式改性沥青砼 (以上结构可见横断面附图)(2)新建人行道结构:本项目一期改造工程各条道路中的人行道结构为:红色荷兰砖20106 cm4cm 5%水泥干拌砂20cm 10%石灰土街角采用无障碍设计,总厚度30cm。本项目二期改造工程(补强)各条道路中的人行道结构为:(20106 cm

34、)彩板(或异形采板)4cm 5%水泥干拌砂10cm C15砼10cm 10%石灰土街角采用无障碍设计,总厚度30 cm。3排水设计本工程全部道路各路段均设置86式双蓖雨水井,道路范围内所有雨水井高程均比路面高程低2cm,为确保道路质量,道路范围内管沟,需回填三灰碎石至管顶50cm以上,密实度达到95%。此外,工程还对道路范围内所有水井、检查井全部进行加固处理。4本工程采用的主要材料(1)AC-16I型中粒式改性沥青砼;(2)AC-25I型 粗粒式沥青砼;(3)荷兰砖平均抗压强度30Mpa,单块抗压强度不小于25Mpa,三灰碎石7天抗压强度不小于0.8Mpa;(4)重交通沥青;(5)1-3厘米级

35、配碎石;(6)425#水泥;(7)级以上生石灰;(8)精制花岗岩边石。5施工方法对于新建道路首先进行路基施工,路基施工前应清除表面腐质土,在道路结构范围内的新修管线的管沟要求必须用中粗粒进行撼砂处理。路基施工时路床压实度大于95%。其次基层施工,要求道路结构中二灰土、三灰碎石均采用拌和机械集中拌和,严禁路拌。路面两侧多压2-3遍。最后是路面施工,路面在沥青混合料铺筑前,应检查确定下承层质量,摊铺过程中要随时检查摊铺厚度及横坡,过程应按初压、复压和终压三个阶段进行。对于改建道路只有路面施工过程。6工程量(1) 工程新建机动车道:62960m2;(2) 工程补强机动车道:76600m2;(3) 人

37、的原有污染情况及主要环境问题:与本项目有关的主要环境问题一是交通噪声,二是汽车尾气。本项目所在位置位于集中区内,地处东南郊,由于地理位置偏僻,加上区内全部是工厂、企业单位,其交通流量较小,由于车流量较小,本项目各路段交通噪声及汽车尾气给道路相关区域环境代来的污染不是十分明显。噪声及环境空气都满足标准。一、交通噪声污染据市环境监测中心站对开发区内交通噪声监测结果看,开发区内交通噪声满足城市区域环境噪声标准(GB3096-93)中规定的2类区标准,即昼间:60dB(A),夜间:50dB(A)。主要是区内车辆增加量变化不大。因此其区域内交通噪声值较低。二、汽车尾气污染汽车尾气主要污染物为CO、THC

41、程简述(图示):一、 施工期:为一般建筑性施工。二、 运营期:为交通运输,无特殊工艺流程。主要污染工序一、施工期施工期主要污染源为:施工机械及运输车辆产生的噪声;土石方的挖掘、建筑材料装卸等产生的扬尘;运输车辆、施工设备燃料燃烧排放的废气; 施工点的生活污水和生产废水对水体的影响。1噪声污染施工期噪声的影响主要是施工机械及载重汽车对道路两侧的影响,施工期噪声影响是短期行为,施工机械和载重汽车产生的噪声值在8090dB(A)。2道路扬尘、机动车尾气污染道路施工中产生的扬尘是沿路环境空气污染的主要方面,主要来源于土石方的挖掘、水泥、砂石和白灰等原料装卸、堆放时随风飘扬的尘土。机动车尾气污染主要污染

42、物为CO、THC二种。3生活污水和生产废水的污染施工中所排的污水一是施工工人的生活污水,二是生产废水。主要污染物为COD、BOD、SS和动植物油等,但污染物浓度较低且排放量小,对水体环境影响不大。4固体废物的污染施工期的固体废物主要来自生活垃圾,应有序堆放,不得随意丢弃,及时送城市垃圾处理场。同时还有运输车辆散落的固体废物,应及时清理。二、运营期运营期主要污染源为:机动车行驶排放的尾气;机动车行驶产生的噪声和振动;地面水径流所携带的污染物对水环境的影响。1环境空气的影响主要是机动车行驶排放尾气,主要污染物为CO、NO、THC三种,但由于车型不同、车速不同所排放的污染物也不同。机动车行驶排放的污
