Main indicators are as follows:-the battery indicator: power generation totaled 7.8

4、15 billion kWh, beyond the annual budget implementation capacity of 315 million kWh, an increase of 757 million kWh. Sales totaled 7.425 billion kWh, exceeding sales of 330 million kWh the annual Executive budget, an increase of 729 million kWh. -Security measures: unplanned outages 2.5 times. No pe

5、rsonal injury accident occurred, no major accident and above, no major fire accidents without environmental pollution accidents, safety for three consecutive years to maintain stability to good posture. Business financial indicators: total profits of 255 million Yuan, beyond the annual budget of 207

6、 million Yuan, beyond the Datang company index 41.89 million Yuan, an increase of 1.76 million Yuan, FCM assessment at grade four. -Energy: power supply standard coal completing 312.25 g/kWh, down 0.1 g/kWh; integrated auxiliary power consumption ratio in 5.12%, down 0.26%; pollutant emissions perfo

7、rmance greatly reduced compared to last year, carbon 0.09 g/kWh, sulfur dioxide 0.104 g/kWh NOx 0.512 g/kWh; dust removal efficiency of more than 99.8%. -Reliability index: equivalent availability factor in 93.47%, increased 7.95% from a year earlier. 12、,呈不规则四边形场地。生活区搭设在工地对面炎东路东侧(甲方提供的独立场地),共搭设八幢二层职工宿舍及相关食堂、浴厕间、民工学校等。在施工现场东南角搭设两幢二层6间夹芯彩钢板活动房,一幢做为办公室层高平均为为3m,办公室包括建设、监理、施工等单位日常办公开会;另一幢作为仓库及现场值班室等。2 编制依据 21 建设工程安全生产管理条例国务院令第393条 22 临时建(构)筑物应用技术规范DGJ08-114-2005 23 施工现场临时用电安全技术规范JGJ46-2005 24 建设施工高处作业安全技术规范JGJ80-91 25 建筑结构设计统一标准GBJ68-84 26 钢结构设计规程GBJl7-

13、88 27 门式钢架轻型房屋钢结构技术规程CECS-102 28 轻钢结构规程DBJ08-68-97 29 建筑钢结构焊接规程TGT81-91 210建筑抗震设计规范GBJll-89 21l冷弯薄型钢结构技术规程GB-50018 212钢结构工程施工质量验收规范GB50205213建设设计防护规范GBJl63 活动房的平面布置(附图)4 基础结构构造 41 基础宽度为600mm、深度500mm; 42 垫层为100mm厚素砼; 43 砖条形基础宽度为500mm240mm、厚度380; 44 地圈梁宽度为240mm、厚度120;45 活动房每间地圈梁四角处埋设lOOmm100mm8mm钢板。4.

14、 6 200宽四周设置排水沟坡向马路雨水井,坡度为1%,最低深度为150。5 安装材料进场验收 51 主要轻钢结构的原材料应有质量保证书,结构构件出厂的合格证明书;52 彩钢、铝合金、膨胀螺栓等连接材料的产品质量合格证明书,表面不得锈迹、污斑、麻点、划痕等; 53 夹心板必须注明厂家、名称、规格及生产日期。6 施工前准备 61 施工前应认真组织有关技术、施工人员进行图纸;会审和技术交底。 62 查看现场三通一平的情况,对现场的生活用水、污水排放等确保畅通,各种构件及板材的堆放场地应高出路面lOcm,以防积水。 63 根据本工程的实际施工需要,现场需接通380V和220V电源,计算好所需要足够的

15、电源线,作好分配电箱的接电工作。 64 拟定送货车辆的行进路线及材料进场后的堆放场地,以确保道路畅通、不影响施工为准。 65 对土建基础的平面尺寸及水平进行测量、复核,确保工程施工顺利进行。7 施工程序711 工程施工工艺流程 根据图纸要求及彩板楼房的特点,拟订本工程安装工艺流程程:材料出厂验收材料进场、复查构件制作质量钢架安装螺栓固定外墙彩板安装内墙顶板封檐板安装门窗安装安装工自检交工验收。712 基础复查 根据图纸及设计要求为依据,进场后安装工对基础尺寸要进行复查。其验收内容主要包括:基础中心位移偏差,基础标高偏差,预埋件位置偏差,间距、跨距复查及基础外观等其它质量指标的检查认定。全部合格

16、后方可进行下道工序。713 钢架安装 构件的进场要按照规范规定要求进行清点、检查、验收和堆放,对因运输损坏变形的构件及时反映提出书面报告,不合格构件决不允许施工安装。钢架安装时桁架的尺寸进行复查校对,全部合格后方可进入下道工序。714 墙板安装 钢架安装完工,进行地槽安装,6铁胀钩间距为600,铝铆钉固定问距为300。715 彩钢夹芯板安装完工后,进行门窗及扣板安装。716 所有工序全部完工后进行复查自检,清理场地,组织完工验收合格后移交钥匙,交付甲方使用8 安全、防火要求 81 基础强度必须达到75以上方可进行构件安装; 82 安装活动房前,要对作业人员进行安全教育、及安全技术交底;高处作业

17、系好安全带; 83 安装作业中,必须按厂房说明书及专项施工方案进行; 84 轻钢制作安装本规定外,应符合钢结构工程施工质量验收规范fGB50205); 85 钢夹心板、屋面板等必须符合国家有关规定、及按说明书进行安装; 86 屋面施工时,物料应妥善放置,工具应随手放人工具袋,物料严禁抛掷;87 活动房生活用电安装应符合施工现场临时用电安全技术规范(JGJ462005)规范,采用明线套管敷设; 88 如遇有六级以上大风、大雾和大雨等恶劣天气时不得进行搭拆施工作业; 89 搭设区应设置安全标识、警戒线等;810 易燃、易爆危险品仓库的间距应大于25m; 811 走廊的宽度不少于10m, 813 七

18、间活动房每应配备二具灭火器。9 防台、防汛措施 91 活动房设置防雷接地,符合JGJ46规定标准; 92 活动房四周及屋面进行扣件式钢管排架搭设,立杆间距不宜大于2m埋深地下,以防台风; 93 场地设置合理的排水措施。 94 活动房选址避开强风口及工地低佳处。10 检查、验收及使用 101 活动房隐蔽工程及搭设过程中,提供的构件质量检查评定表做好检查记录,验收时做为资料提供; 102 对不符合标准,及安装中不规范等,及时采取整改措施,并做好验收记录; 103 搭设完毕后,由搭设单位进行自检,合格后报使用单位,经使用总包单位验收确认符合使用条件后,方可投入使用; 104 在使用期间,要经常检查、

19、维护。11 拆除 111 应遵循谁安装谁拆除的原则,由专业厂家进行,严禁擅自拆除; 112 凡超过安全使用期限的,必须采用破坏性机械拆除,严禁作业人员进行人工拆除作业; 113 拆除区域设置警戒线,防止无关人员进入; 114 拆除作业应由上而下,按顺序进行,作业人员应相互配合;禁止上下同时拆除,禁止先拆除隔墙板。 115 如遇有五级以上大风、大雾和大雨等恶劣天气时,不得进行拆除作业 116 拆除前应先拆除或切断在活动房内的电源。l17 有关人员登高作业系好安全带。118 禁止在屋面板上行走、站立。12 活动房验收检查表单位名称顺通建设集团工程名称建滔裕花园千灯一期C标层数及层高2层栋数及间数1
