11、aining青建集团股份公司施工方案青岛百脑汇资讯广场工程临时用电施工方案批准:审核:编制:青建集团股份公司房建一分公司二八年六月百脑汇工程临时用电施工组织设计1工程概况:本建筑位于青岛市北区,南靠颐中科技城,北临泰州路,是一座大型的现代化商住楼,建筑面积约7万,分A区写字楼与B区商场两部分。其中写字楼地下5层,地上17层,属高层建筑,根据用电机械设备的性质,其类型较多且用电负荷量大,使之造成布电形式较为复杂,为此编制【临时用电施工组织设计】方案,以确保现场临时用电的安全使用。2现场勘探:2.1本工程北侧靠近中线部位,由建设单位提供箱式配电站,变压器容量为630KVA,供本工程的施工现场临时用
12、电。2.2施工现场的配电箱作分级设置,即三级配电,按规定做三相五线制,且覆盖整个现场,为防止触电,必须采用二级漏电保护装置。3确定电源进线、总配电箱、分配电箱的位置及线路走向:3.1从总配电柜处分二支路,一为总箱1,一为总箱2。从总箱1引出三支路,用电缆直埋地至各用电位置;从总箱2引出三支路,用电缆直埋地至各用电位置。电缆埋设深为0.6米,过施工道路处,加钢管保护,电缆埋设上方0.2米处铺设电缆标志。总箱1的三路电缆,主要为A区生活区、钢筋加工、模板加工、塔吊及砼输送泵等设备提供电源;总箱2的三路电缆,主要为B区钢筋加工、模板加工、塔吊及砼输送泵等设备提供电源。3.2配电箱及开关箱设置和电器选
13、择及安全用电技术措施:3.2.1施工现场必须实行三级配电,配电箱应分级设置,即:总配电箱以下设分配电箱,分配电箱以下设开关箱,开关箱以下为用电设备,总配电箱给分配电箱配电,分配电给开关箱配电,开关箱控制用电设备。变配电主线路走向及总配电箱已在临时用电平面布置图中标出,各工区应按相应的线路接分配电箱,并按配电层次依次接线。3.2.2配电箱、开关箱采用省推荐产品,证件齐全。开关箱箱体的导线进出口一律设在箱体的下底面,并将导线卡固,分路成束并做防水弯,不得承受导线自重以外的拉力,所有配电箱、开关箱应有防雨措施。3.2.3分配电箱应装设在用电设备或负荷相对集中的地区。分配电箱与开关箱的距离不得超过30
14、米,开关箱与其控制的固定式用电设备的水平距离不宜超过3米,开关箱的下底与地面的垂直距离应大于1.3米,小于1.5米,移动式分配电箱、开关箱的下底面与地面的垂直距离宜大于0.6米,小于1.5米。3.2.4焊接机械应设在防雨和通风良好的地方,焊接现场不准堆放易燃易爆物品。电焊机的一次侧电源线长度应不大于5米,进线处必须设置防护罩,使用焊接机械,必须按规定穿戴防护用品,焊接机械的二次线宜采用YH型橡皮护套铜芯多股软电缆,电缆的长度应不大于30米。使用交直流电焊机应遵守下列操作顺序: 合格导线(包括一、二次侧导线)手把线、地线不能碰壳3.2.4.1检外观 疏通好二次线 壳体防雨进线处有防护罩与联结螺丝
15、作可靠连接接火线前应先接保护零线疏通好一次线穿戴和配备好相应的劳动防护用品合闸送电导线至开关箱的距离5米试焊施焊。3.2.4.2拆除时与接线顺序相反。3.2.5在同一配电箱内,动力和照明线路应分别设置,配电箱应装设在干燥和无杂物的场所,周围应有足够二人同时工作的空间和通道。施工现场所有配电箱,开关箱均应在箱门上明晰的标注其编号、名称,并作分路标志,箱门应上锁,并由专人负责。所有的配电箱、开关箱在使用过程中必须按照下列操作顺序:3.2.5.1送电顺序:总配电箱分配电箱开关箱。3.2.5.2停电顺序与送电顺序相反。3.2.6开关电器必须是合格电器,必须完整无损,动作可靠,绝缘良好,严禁使用任何破损
16、电器,每台用电设备应有专用开关箱,必须实行一机一闸制,严禁一闸多用,开关箱的开关电器的额定值应与用电设备额定容量相适应。容量大于5.5KW的动力电器应采用自动开关电器或降压起动装置控制,严禁用其它金属代替熔丝。4采用TNS接零保护系统,即三相五线制供电。4.1施工现场,各工区均应从总配电箱处作三相五线制,从总配电箱联系各分配电箱之间一律采用五芯电缆,直埋深度为0.6米。分配电箱与各开关箱间线缆宜采用暗设,若明设导线架高度不低于4米;若导线与道路交叉时,架设高度不低于6米。4.2三相五线制的保护零线,必须在总配电箱内接线,且与工作零线和重复接地线相连接。施工现场的重复接地不应少于三处:即除必须在
17、总配电箱处作重复接地外,还必须在配电线路的中间处和末端处,再次作重复接地。每一处的重复接地装置的接地电阻,应不大于10欧姆,可以用基础的钢筋作重复接地,接地线钢筋要求直径不小于10的圆钢,焊接长度应16d,双面焊(d为钢筋直径)。4.3三相五线制示意图和总配电箱内接地示意图如附图所示。用电机具工作接地重复接地L1L2L3NPE用电机具TNS系统示意图4.4保护零线的安全技术要求:4.4.1保护零线不得装设开关和熔断器。4.4.2保护零线应单独铺设,不作他用,专供正常情况下的不带电金属外壳(如电动机、配电箱、开关箱外壳等)和重复接地线连接。4.4.3与电气设备相连接的保护零线应为截面2.5小于平
18、方毫米的多股铜线,保护零线和工作零线要严格分开,工作零线仅供220V的用电设备使用。4.4.4保护零线的统一标志宜采用绿/黄双色线,或用其它特殊颜色的导线来表示。5漏电保护器的正确使用:5.1漏电保护器要严格把好采购关,要选用通过部级、省级鉴定、技术先进、质量可靠的产品。5.2保证接线正确,所有施工现场均采用电流动作型漏电保护器,按结构形式有4极、3极、2极三种,其中4级漏电保护器为配电型,既可供动力用电380V和照明用电220V同时使用,又可单独使用控制用电设备。要根据供电方式和电压进行接线,接线时需分清相线极和零线极。5.3配电箱和开关箱中的两级漏电保护器的额定漏电动作电流和额定漏电动作时

23、7.2.3回路1c电源线选择:本回路主要用电设备有:客货电梯,50KW;Pe50KW;K2KPPe0.750.650工计45.6A;VCOS0.380.75选用VV325216电缆。7.2.4回路1d电源线选择:本回路主要用电设备有:塔吊,55KW;照明,17KW;Pe72KW;K2KPPe0.750.672工计65.67A;VCOS0.380.75考虑到塔吊特殊性,选用VV350225电缆。7.2.5综合1回路四个支路情况,可知1回路应选用VV3150270电缆。7.3总箱二的2回路电源线选择:本回路主要用电设备有:砼输送泵,180KW;潜污泵,23.8KW;Pe203.8KW;K2KPPe

26、平方毫米5芯铜芯橡皮护套软电缆;钢筋切断机、轮子锯选用2.5平方毫米5芯铜芯橡皮护套软电缆。8、临电平面图、配电图如附图所示。9、安全用电技术和电器防火措施:安全用电在安全生产中占重要地位,因此全体施工人员必须树立“安全第一、预防为主”的思想,把安全生产放在第一位,养成人人讲安全、重安全的新风尚。9.1专业电工及用电人员:专业操作电工必须持证上岗,工作时应穿绝缘鞋、手套,使用合格的绝缘电工工具,做好相应的防护措施,不得酒后上岗,对工程的供电线路、配电箱、开关箱每月检查一次,并做好检查记录,种类用电人员,应做到:掌握安全用电基本知识和所有设备的性能,严禁设备带“病”运转,停用的设备必须拉闸断电,
27、锁好开关箱,搬迁或移动用电设备,必须经电工切断电源并作妥善处理后进行。9.2设备值班电工:重要及主要用电设备应设值班电工,维护施工用电,做好详细用电记录,确保供电正常。9.3本工程规模较大,配套安装工程相对复杂,现场以总配电站放射形式埋设电缆,涉及施工现场部位较多,若地下开挖,要特别注意,防止电缆破坏受损。9.4配电箱设备容量计算没包括可能增加部分的用电设备的容量,所以如增加设备,应根据施工现场的具体情况,对电力分配作相应调整。潮湿和地下工程及易触及带电体场所的照明电压不得大于24V,施工现场严禁使用电炉子。supervision in large and medium goods vehic
