38、00m，相应死库容0.777亿m33本工程采用混合式开发，枢纽建筑物主要由混凝土面板堆石坝、放空洞、1号泄洪洞(左岸竖井旋流非常泄洪洞)、2号泄洪洞(右岸泄洪洞)和引水发电系统等组成。拦河大坝为混凝土面板堆石坝，坝顶高程2856m，河床段趾板建基面高程2685m，最大坝高171m，坝顶长323m，坝顶宽11m。放空洞布置于左岸，为有压接无压洞，后段采用龙落尾方式与导流洞结合。1号泄洪洞布置于左岸，为非常泄洪洞，采用竖井旋流消能，通过竖井后采用平面交叉方式与导流洞结合，下平段后段与导流洞结合。2号泄洪洞布置于右岸，为有压接无压泄洪洞，进口布置于则窝沟下游侧沟口附近，与电站进水口并排布置，进口底板
39、高程2795m。引水发电系统布置于右岸。引水隧洞全长约6.36km，隧洞断面型式为圆形，内径为8.2m，衬砌厚度0.30.8m。调压井采用开敞式，井筒底板高程2763.6m，井口顶高程2898m，井筒高度为134.4m，内径18.2m，井筒开挖直径21.2m，衬砌厚度1.5m。压力管道采用一条主管经两级三个对称Y型岔管向四台机组供水的联合供水布置方式，全长约547m，全线采用钢板衬砌，主管内径6.6m，次主管内径4.5m，支管内径3m。发电厂房布置于瓦郎沟沟口上游约1.9km处，为地面厂房。主机间与安装间平行于河流呈“一”字型布置，GIS楼布置于主机间前后侧，副厂房布置于安装间后侧。机组安装高

43、系统闸门、拦污栅及启闭机安装，压力管道制作安装，混流式水轮发电机组安装、机组辅助设备与消防系统工程和GIS开关站电气设备安装，生态环保机组金结及机电设备等)；(9) 附属工程，主要包括：料场开采，砂石加工系统及混凝土系统，大坝垫层料加工，施工风水电通讯系统，综合加工厂，业主营地、业主临时营地及施工营地，场内交通工程(道路、桥梁、隧道等)，弃渣场及其整治工程，施工支洞及厂房围堰工程，整个工程的环境保护与水土保持工程，消防工程及主体工程所涉及的所有附属工程。1.3 工程施工概况1.3.1 混凝土面板堆石坝施工概况混凝土面板堆石坝工程主要任务包括：左岸坝肩开挖及处理、右岸坝肩开挖及处理、基础开挖及处
44、理、趾板及周边缝止水、坝基及坝肩防渗、混凝土面板及接缝止水、垫层料及过渡料、堆石体、上游铺盖和盖重和坝顶等。1.3.2 泄洪及放空洞施工概况泄洪及放空洞工程主要施工任务包括：1#泄洪建筑物、2#泄洪建筑物、放空洞建筑物、导流洞三洞合一段及导流洞堵头封堵等。1.3.3 引水隧洞及压力管道施工概况引水进口塔体及引水隧洞（引0+000引0+050）由C3-2标承建。引水隧洞（引0+050引0+050、管0+00.0管0+00.0）分别由C4-1、C4-2、C4-3、C4-4标承担（压力管道C4-4标承建），包括支洞开挖与支护、引水隧洞开挖与支护、引水隧洞衬砌、灌浆及支洞封堵等。调压井明挖与支护、井筒
45、开挖与支护、衬砌、固结和回填灌浆由C4-3标承担。1.3.4 地面发电厂房及生态发电施工概况地面发电厂房土建施工任务主要包括：压力管道、3-1#施工支洞、4#施工支洞、地面发电厂房、220GIS楼及厂区周边附属设施安装等。生态发电厂房土建施工任务主要包括：压力管道及发电厂房及厂区周边附属设施安装等。1.3.5 安全监测施工概况根据已下发的设计文件和招投标文件约定，卡基娃水电站安全监测系统工程施工的主要项目有：变形监测（水平位移和沉降位移）、渗流监测、水力学监测和环境量监测、应力应变、资料整理及分析等。2 监理管理工作情况2.1 监理组织机构设置和人员配置中国水利水电建设工程咨询中南公司（以下简
46、称：中南公司）根据本工程监理工作的职能设置监理组织机构，并在工地设立现场监理机构-卡基娃水电站工程监理部，详见监理部组织机构框图。监理部在中南公司领导下，实行总监理工程师负责制，统一领导监理部各级监理人员开展工作。总监理工程师代表中南公司全面履行卡基娃水电站工程监理合同规定的监理职责，对业主及工程质量负责。97监理部设总监1人、副总监1人、总工1人(由副总监兼任)，下设6个分部(大坝工程部、引水工程部、厂房工程部、金结机电部、试验检测部、合同信息部)。大坝工程设部长1名，副部长1名；引水工程部、金结机电部、试验检测部、厂房工程部、合同信息部各设部长1名。部门下根据需要设项目组长/专业监理工程师
