43、地下一层，地上二十一层，室内外高差0.9m，建筑总高度为85.2m。本工程建筑等级为级，设计使用年限为50年，抗震设防烈度为8度。2.1.3结构设计概况:本工程建筑抗震设防类别为丙类，结构使用年限为50年，建筑安全等级为二级。地上二十一层，局部为十六层、二层。主体结构为钢筋砼框架剪力墙结构，剪力墙抗震等级为一级，框架抗震等级为一级。2.1.4主要部位建筑做法:非承重隔墙：内外墙均为200mm厚蒸压加气砼空心砌块，0.000以下砌体为MU10页岩砖，M10水泥砂浆砌筑，0.000以上采用MU3.5加气混凝土砌块M5.0砂浆砌筑；门窗：采用断桥隔热铝合金门窗；明框玻璃幕墙。墙面：外墙面为干挂石材外

46、准点。d收集整理与本工程施工有关的技术规范及标准图集，使用覆盖率达100%。e编写详细的施工组织设计，组织图纸自审，会同建设单位、监理单位及设计部门进行设计交底，未经会审的图纸不作为施工图使用。 f进行料源合格性测试分析；测试仪器的计量标定。2.2材料准备a开工前把本工程所需材料计划提出。砂、石、钢筋、水泥和预制构件等及外加剂选好货源，做到能及时供应合格材料。并做好材料的贮备工作。b材料供应商选定后及时做好材料试验，保证工程进度。2.2.3现场临建搭设：2.2.3.1施工围墙及道路布置2.2.3.1.1施工围档围档材料采用彩钢板搭设临时围墙。具体详见附图：施工现场总平面布置图。2.2.3.1.
47、2现场临时施工道路开工进场后构筑和维修一切必须的临时道路及走道，并尽可能采用施工区域内原道路及场地，为建筑物四周修4米宽临时道路。生活区修3米宽临时道路。施工场区入口主道路宽度8m，采用C20混凝土浇灌，道路混凝土厚15cm。 2.2.3.1.3施工临时设施布置根据现场实际勘察情况，由于现场较宽敞我公司考虑在现场搭设临建，临建位置尽量选择原有围墙边。在现场进出口设警卫室。项目经理部面积750m2,加工棚、机械棚200 m2；各工棚、机械棚为钢木屋架，石棉瓦屋顶结构。具体布置详见施工总平面布置图。办公区域：采用板房搭设，满足办公需求。生活区域：采用板房搭设。临时用房计划搭建3500. 为了保持工地及其周围环境的清
