26、挖孔灌注桩，设计桩长6m。本建设场地由岩石土工程详细勘察报告表明，本工程人工挖孔桩深度大部份桩深在10-13米左右，有少部份桩深度将超过20米以上。在桩孔开挖过程中发现存在以下情况;（1）、由于今年雨水较多，雨量较大，造成地下水位特别丰富，地下水位升高。（2）、残积黏土层挖松遇水后即成淤泥，且出现流泥、流砂等不利地质现象。（3）、本工程设计桩径不大（800-1200mm)，超深桩孔施工按正常护壁危险性较大且难以进行。 根据以上施工现场实际情况及桩基础施工特性，为保证人工挖孔桩施工人员人身安全，我项目部对部分桩孔开挖进行了半模护壁施工。三、施工准备1、技术准备（1）、根据地勘报告，熟悉水文地质资
27、料，结合施工现场实际地质条件做到心中有数。（2）、对半模施工及其安全进行技术交底（班组交底）。2、现场准备（1）、按施工平面图，搭设临时设施：工棚、宿舍、配电房、仓库等。（2）、建筑机械及工具：空压机(型号W-2.8/5功率17.5KW)、电动绞车三角架手绞车、手推车或翻斗车，半模钢模（每节高度为500mm)、手铲、线坠、吊桶，串管，振动棒，粗麻绳、钢丝绳、安全活动盖板，防水照明灯（低压36V、100W）电焊机通风机及供氧设备，水泵，木辘轳、活动爬梯，安全帽，安全带缛并对它们进行使用性能、安全性能预先检查。3、材料准备（1）、水泥、中砂、石子（5-31.5mm的卵石、水、外加剂，如早强剂等）。
28、（2）、钢筋：钢筋的级别，直径必须符合设计要求，有出厂证明书及检测报告。4、降水通风送气准备由于地下水较大，应从施工顺序考虑，对周围桩孔同时抽水，以减少开挖孔内的涌水量，并采取交替循环施工的方法，以便达到快速降水的效果。在半模护壁施工中，由于桩孔较深加之桩径不大，在桩孔下挖时必须确保桩内空气流通和氧气的充足供应，应经常检查桩孔内有无毒害气体和缺氧现象，桩孔开挖深度超过10m时，应有专门向井下送风设备，风量不宜小于25C/S。四、施工方法1、挖孔方法土质较为软弱时用锄锹掘进，遇土质坚硬时改用风镐掘进，挖土次序为先挖中间部分，再挖周边，允许尺寸误差为2cm，扩底部分采取先挖桩身圆柱体，再按扩底尺寸
29、从上到下削土修成扩底形，弃土装入扩底吊桶内，垂直运输用人工绞架提升至井口边1.5m以外。2、护壁施工桩护壁的混凝土强度等级为C30，半模施工时上一节挖深约500mm，安装护壁钢模板，人工搅拌砼、人工振捣浇灌混凝土护壁。往下施工时以每一节作为一个施工循环。为保证护壁安全，护壁均应按图中要求配筋。为确保砼强度，可根据实际情况通过实验的方法对护壁砼添加外加剂，确保桩孔开挖顺利进行。为便于井内组织排水，在透水层区段的护壁预留池水孔，并在浇灌前予以堵塞。为保证桩的垂直度，要求每浇灌完三节护壁，须校核桩中以位置及垂直度。混凝土强度达1Mpa即可拆模。 3、挖孔注意事项：相邻桩扩大头尽距小于1.5D时，应避
30、免同时开挖。必须采取跳挖孔的方法，以避免由于水的渗透而造成垮井现象发生。桩孔开挖时应有效组织排水遇到流泥流砂时应立即停止施工，便快速采取有效措施防止安全事故发生。桩孔的挖掘深度应由勘察、设计人员根据现场实际情况决定，对于半模护壁的桩超深，不能只按设计图纸提供的桩长参考数据终止挖掘。挖到持力层时经地勘等质量检测部门确认后方可扩底。扩底时，为防止扩大头处坍方，可采取间隔扩底挖土措施，留一部分土方作支持，待灌注砼前再挖除。五、质量要求（一）保证项目1.凡进入现场的原材料必须符合设计要求和施工规范规定，并且应遵循先送检合格后才能使用的原则。2.施工中必须对每一个桩做好隐蔽记录，持力层必须经桩基础原位测
31、试达到设计要求，勘察、设计、监理、业主四方现场验收后方能浇注砼。砼试压块严格按规范要求一桩留置一组，并及时送检。（二）基本项目桩径大小等挖孔桩的施工容许偏差如下表：桩心直径D+50mm -50mm钢筋笼(主筋)保护层10mm垂直度偏差0.5%孔底沉碴容许厚度0桩成孔中心位移50mm（三）排水措施要求为使井内渗水及时排出，避免回流，经项目部商议决定，本半模施工排水措施如下： （1）少量渗水可在桩孔内挖小集水坑，随挖土随用吊桶，将泥水一起吊出；（2）大量渗水，可在桩孔内先挖较深集水井，设单相污水泵将地下水排出桩孔外，随挖土随加深集水井；（3）涌水量很大时，如桩较密集，可将一桩超前开挖使附近地下水汇
32、集于此桩孔内，用1-2台三相电动离心污水泵将地下水抽出，起到深井降水的作用，将附近桩孔地下水位降低；（4）渗水量较大，井底地下水难以排干时，底部泥渣可用压缩空气清孔方法清孔。六、安全注意事项 （1）、成立以项目经理、专职安全员、施工员、技术员组成的安全文明操作小组，负责半模安全生产、文明施工的领导工作。 （2）、所有机械设备由专人操作，安全防护罩配备齐全，接零接地保护齐全有效，动力和照明线分开设置，实行三相五线制，配电箱及主要设备设漏电保安器，有门落锁，由专人管理。施工现场的一切电源、电路使用漏电保护器，照明应采用安全矿灯或12V以下的安全灯。 （3）、在工程显眼部位，人多集中的地方及危险方位
33、，悬挂安全警告牌、标语，工人按规定使用三宝，现场搞好六日设防。 （4）、加强现场巡视检查，发现问题，及时通知有关人员消除安全隐患。 （5）、井口出土如用绞盘时，必须采用直径不小于16的坚韧钢丝绳扣牢固，要有安全掣动和吊钩装置。 （6）、在井口设水平移动盖板，当吊桶提升到离地面约0.5m，推动活动盖板关闭孔口，手推车，推至盖板上卸土后，再开盖板，下吊桶吊土，以防止坠物及操作人员掉入孔内伤人，采用三角绞车提升吊桶，桩孔四周应设安全围栏。 （8）、坚持井下排、送风先行，施工中不断向孔内输送足够的新鲜空气，必要时，抽送风同时进行。 （9）、井下设半边井的安全网，井内设置特制可靠的救生软梯，井下人员必须戴好安全帽，挖好或暂停施工时，井口应用盖板盖好。 （10）、井下通讯联络必须畅通，施工时保证井口有人，井下的工作人员，必须经常注意观察，检查井下是否存在塌方，涌水和流砂现象，以及空气和水污染情况，如发现异常情况，应停止作业，并通知甲方或报告上级及时处理。 （11）、根据地质条件考虑安全区作业，当孔内抽水量较大时，应密切注意出现流砂、流泥及孔壁坍塌的可能性。
