8、可能有负担作家主者,宣传负担.Identify potential house coordinatorsSPONSOR一天的家主陪训班(1天4堂,一次过陪训,搞清楚观念,作法,拿资料袋,etc).Sponsor a one-day orientation for them帮助家主完成几件事:Help them to:a.找出帮手(建立牧养团队)find their helpersb.由家主自己主办一次帮手陪训班,建立起牧养团队.(用现成供应材料)set up helper orientationc.与帮手一同找出可照顾的新人find new onesd.和帮手配搭向新人宣传这操练,鼓励新人参加
