2、动作，包括物质的、实践性的行动，也包括非物质的、智力性的活动从限定属性来讲（内涵），行动导向的学习重在突出这些社会实践活动具有的政治和教育意义，并非强调学生忙碌地进行学习活动，而是要强调教学所产生的有意义的、理性化的结果。行动具有目的性、主体自主性以及动作连续性。,行动导向的学习以下七个方面的典型特征。第一、行动导向的学习是全面的。该全面性体现在这样几个方面：教学要借助并促进学生包括头、心、手以及其它感官的全面发展根据实现预定行动目标的需要而不是学科体系来选择教学内容，当然，并不排除学科课程结构化的学习过程；只要有助于实现教学目标，并不限定学习活动的形式；选择全面性的教学方法，包括：小组和结对
3、作业、项目教学、讲述、舞台表演、造型、角色扮演、演练、试验、社会调查等第二、行动导向的教学是学生主动的学习活动。第三、行动导向学习的核心是完成一个可以使用、或者进一步加工或学习的行动结果,第四、行动导向学习应尽可能地以学生的兴趣作为组织教学的起始点，并且创造机会让学生接触新的题目和问题以不断地发展原有的兴趣。第五、行动导向学习要求学生从一开始就参与到教学过程的设计、实施和评价之中。第六、行动导向学习有助于学校的开放第七、行动导向学习试图保持动脑和动手活动之间的平衡。行动导向的教学在理论上从这样的假设出发，既动脑和动手活动之间不是直线性的上升发展，而是两种成分之间动态的交互影响伴随着整个学习过程
4、。,在行动导向的学习中，也就是学习者在亲自行动的过程中，通过行动分析和设计、实施、检查、评价各环节，通过对自身经验的反思和批判性检查，验证、丰富和更新自己的行动模式和认知结构，达到提升行动能力、解决职业活动中的问题的目的。在行动导向的学习中，行动是学习的出发点、发生地和归属目标，学习是连接原有行动能力状态和目标行动能力状态之间的过程和桥梁。除了重复进行的简单工作活动之外，职业性的行动不仅能为从业者提供学习的机会，而且在职业活动过程之中还存在着促进专业化能力发展的学习机会。从这个意义上讲，在职业教育领域，行动导向的学习和职业行动能力发展的工作是合二为一的，是一个不断进步和终生学习的具体过程。,(
5、三)、行动导向学习的基本原则-行动导向学习的情境化原则,这两个原则也从根本上决定了职业教育教学活动以及该活动发生的情境要依据企业生产的真实情况来设计，或者说从真实的企业生产过程中来选择，要求学习情境只有全面地和整体化地体现真实生产的复杂结构和过程，才能构保证学生在行动导向的学习中能够获得应对职业实践的工作能力。,行动导向是指以职业行动或工作任务为主导的职业教育教学改革策略。行动导向关注培养学生的关键能力、综合职业行动能力与全面素质，自20世纪80年代以来，逐渐成为职业教育教学论中的一种新思潮，日益被世界各国职业教育界和劳动界的专家所推崇,1、行动导向教学法概述,行动导向教学法,Listen t
