2、n,大赛赛制 大赛分为小学低（1-3）年级，小学高（4-6）年级，初中，高中，成人（18周岁以上）五个组别；大赛分为赛区选拔赛，全国预选赛和全国总决赛三个阶段四川赛区新增设幼儿组比赛,Aim of This Course,To develop their speech making skills:Appearance,individual style,attitude and delivery-(breathing,pronunciation etc).To build confidence in the students,when speaking in public situations.
