Ifthemanagementofanyhotelwantstoadaptthemanagementmodetothecompetitionmodeandbusinessdevelopmentofthehotel,thehotelmanagersshoulddothefollowing:Inthefirststep,hotelmanagersneedtoformulateacompetitivestrategyinlinewiththehotelsowndevelopment,andmakeclearthegoalofcompetition.Inthisprocess,weneedtom
2、akeclearthefieldofhotelcompetition,businessandassessmentcriteriafortherealizationofobjectives;Inthesecondstep,hotelmanagersneedtoadjustandbuildtheorganizationalstructureinlinewiththecompetitionactivitiesaccordingtothehotescompetitivestrategyandbusiness,includingthedesignofthehotelsorganizationalstru

4、ousdepartmentsaccordingtotheorganizationalstructureandlevels,formtheobjectivesofeachdepartmentandlevel,andformulatetheassessmentstandardsthatcanbequantifiedandconvenientforassessmentaccordingtotheobjectives.Thefourthstep,accordingtotheassessmentstandards,eachdepartmentandindividualshouldbeseriouslya
5、ndstrictlyassessed.Thehumanresourcesdepartmentshouldformulatestrictrewardandpunishmentsystemaccordingtotheenterpriseobjectives.Thefifthstep,themanagementshouldalsopublicizethecompetitivestrategyandbusinessactivitiesoftheenterpriseaswellasthesystemandorganizationalstructureformed,andmakeeachmemberful
6、lyunderstandandacceptthem,soastoensurethesmoothdevelopmentofthecompetitivestrategyandactivities.Whenthehotelsstrategychanges,themanagementshouldfirstdeterminethesizeofthedifferencebetweenthestrategyandtheoriginalstrategyandthemainaspectsofthedifference,includingthedifferencebetweentheenterprisesstra
7、tegicobjectivesandbusinessactivities.Thenthemanagementneedstoadjusttheexistingorganizationalstructure,theobjectivesofeachdepartmentandindividual,theassessmentstandardsandtherewardandpunishmentsystemaccordingtothedifferences.Itshouldbeemphasizedthatatthistime,itisveryimportantforthemanagementtopublic
8、izethesituationandinfluenceofthestrategicadjustment,aswellasthenecessityofthestrategicadjustment,whichisrelatedtothesmoothprogressoftheenterprisesstrategicadjustment.Whentheemployeesdonotadapttotheadjustment,theyshouldbehelped.Whentheemployeesdeliberatelyresisttheadjustment,theenterpriseshouldpunish

Theimprovementofthespeedandreliabilityofthehotelbusinesscanincreasethefrequencyof
11、service,andreducethewastecausedbyfailure,whichcaneffectivelyreducetheoperatingcostsofthehotelandmaketheenterpriseretainmoreprofits.Thehigherqualityofhotelbusinesscanmakeemployeesbecomemoreprofessionaltalents,whichisconducivetothecultivationofemployeesskills,thestandardizationofhotelbusiness,andtheop
