1、可行性报告 XX型墙地砖成型机-可行性报告 一、发展与前景 随着我国墙改力度的加大,砌块行业必将成为建材行业的支柱产业,我国人多地少,土地资源非常宝贵,因此大力发展新型墙体材料,用来替代耗能高和毁田占地严重的实心粘土砖,确是一种利在当代,功在千秋的大业.国家十五规划和国家经贸委组织制定的七项可持续发展规划中明确提出:混凝土(承重型)小型空心砌块已成为国家发展的一种主导新型墙材,是作为代替粘土砖的主要墙体材料.国家科技部、财政部、国税局、国家建材局把混凝土小型空心砌块列为国家高新技术、绿色环保建材产品,根据国家各部委及墙改办联合下发的文件,关于在全国160个大中城市及10个省会城市住宅建设中禁用

2、粘土砖,推广使用新型墙体材料,砌块当然地成为理想的墙体替代材料。 寻找一种取代红砖,在质量与价格上又优于红砖的墙体材料是建材行业仍至整个社会的迫切需要,金昌液压机械厂具有十几年砌块机械的生产经验,综合吸收国内外同类设备的优点,经过一系列攻关,成功推出性能稳定,质量可靠XX型等系列墙地砖生产设备。二、主要技术特点(1) PLC智能控制,采用数据传输技术,控制系统配置安全逻辑控 制及故障诊断显示,并有远程控制功能。(2) 独特料车旋转强制下料装置,彻底解决多孔砖布料难题。(3) 配置面料加料及出砖提升装置,二次布料可生产各种彩砖。(4) 一机多用,更换模具可生产不同规格空心砌块、多孔砖、路面砖、环

3、保砖及各种植草砖、护坡砖等。(5) 成型速度快、成型周期1220秒。三、投资情况分析采用XX型砌块成型机,年产(300天)空心砌块40000/m3,地砖200000/m生产能力,需投资设备如下:(1) QJ500型强制式搅拌机 1台;(2) XX型墙地砖成型机 1台;(3) 皮带输送机 1台;(4) QF250型号立式搅拌机1台 (生产彩砖用);(5) 送板机 1台;(6) 出砖机 1台;(7) 液压站、电脑控制柜各 1套;(8) 脱板 (82070025竹制) 1000-2000块。四、主要技术参数(1) 成型块数:标准砌块(390190190) 6块/次多孔砌块(24011590)15块/

4、次标准砖(24011553) 30块/次 环抱地砖(23011560) 15块/次(2) 成型周期: 12-20秒(3) 装机功率: 26KW(4) 成型方式: 台振,压头振动,振动加液压成型(5) 振动频料: 0-5000次/分(6) 机台安装规格:1000050003000mm (成宽高)(7) 托板规格:82070025mm (竹胶板)(8) 搅拌机功率:24.75Kw(9) 人员配备:8-10人(10)厂房面积:300-500m2(11)堆场面积:3000-5000m2五、生产工艺流程配料搅拌成型出砖堆场整堆养护出厂(1) 配料系统:骨料(3种)、水泥、粉煤灰、水、外加剂,根据制品强度

5、等级需要计量后送入搅拌机爬斗;(2) 搅拌系统:配斗上升将材料送入搅拌桶内,搅拌机在设定的时间内将材料拌好,由输送带送入成型料斗内。(3) 成型系统:送板机将托板仓内托板送至成型机振动台上,通过脱模油缸将模箱下落在托板上,压头上升到位,全部条件到位后(动作自锁)按自动键,料斗门开将材料送入料车内,料车前进至模箱上方,料车旋转系统启动对模箱强制加料,加完料料车回位,压头下压在设定的时间内,振动加压成型。脱模油缸工作模箱上升将制品挤出,由送板机将制品推至送砖机送出,进入下一循环。根据不同材料,不同产品需求,任意剪接机械动作。实现人机对话,一机多用。(4) 送砖机系统;送砖机累存三板制品后,将其带走

6、,任砖面清扫器清扫后将制品送出,由运转本运走。六、原材料要求(1) 粗砂(国际)主要性质:细度模数31-37体积比重1400-1500/m3含泥量3%(2) 豆石(碎石)国际主要性质:规格5-10mm体质比重:1400-1800/m3含泥量:3%(3) 细砂(石粉)国际含泥量:5%(4) 水泥:符合国家标准GB1344-95,325、425硅酸水泥(5) 粉煤灰应符合JC409-91硅酸盐建筑制品用粉煤灰标准。(6) 混凝土配合比设计的五个基本要求:A. 保证所要求的强度;B. 拌合料有良好的和易性;C. 耐久性好,具有一定的耐磨,乃腐蚀,乃风化,抗冻等性能;D. 在保证质量前提下,尽量节约水

9、出适合我国国情的新设备。该机具有功能多,自动化程度高,生产速度快,最大压力可达成协议300t,压制产品密实性好、外观标准、强度高。特别适用于生产高强度、大规格的护坡砖、路沿石、植草砖与彩色路面砖等。 一、特点与用途: 可配备输送带、储料斗自动上料,液压升降台自动卸砖,大大降低工人的劳动强度、提高生产效率。 自动回升,保压,保压时间可按制品需要调节。 配有一套生产彩色路面砖、路沿石的脱模装置,每模可生产25025050mm的彩砖6块,班产量可达6000-8000块。生产路沿石的最大尺寸可达1000500mm。 二、主要技术参数 最大压力: 3000 kN 电机功率: 14 kW 油泵压力: 31

10、.5 MPa 班 产 量: 8000 块/班(砖) 500-1200件/班 (L=1000mm路沿石) 外形规格: 8.002.152.40(m) 三、生产工艺 拌好的混凝土通过输送带送入储料斗,再从料斗口加入模具,然后把模具推至主机下压位。主机加压至调定的吨位与保压时间后自动回升,模具推至脱模位,脱模缸把制品顶出,通过升降机把制品降至运转车,推至堆场即完成一个循环。注意生产彩色路面砖时,应先往模具加好面料,面层料的厚度要盖住底板的表面花纹图案),再加混凝土基层料。 四、原理与结构 液压站由油箱、泵站、电磁换向阀组成。由程序完成主机加压、卸压、升降、脱模等动作。 五、安装与调试 1、安装:需要

11、20平方米结实平整水泥基础地面,将机械定位好、核正水平,装上随机配套的工作台。 2、加油:本机液压系统应使用优质矿物油,油内不得含有水分及其他杂质,本机可选用46#,68#号液压油,将油用滤网滤入油箱。 3、电源:将380V和22OV(电磁阀电源)接入电控箱,按油泵标明方向旋转,如旋转方向不对,应立即停电并改变相反方向。 4、调试压力:调试时将调压阀逆时针旋至最松,无负荷运转20分钟,开动控制系统,当压头压于被压物上时,顺时针缓缓调至所需工作压力(15MPa),把时间继电器调至所需保压时间。 六、操作注意事项及常见故障排除 1、机械工作时要检查电路的绝缘情况,并加接地线; 2、机械工作时,四根

12、主柱的上下螺母必须锁紧; 3、试机前,要检查油泵系统运转是否正常,模具轨道是否平稳,位置是否准确。 4、油缸承受荷载时,不得突然关机; 5、机械工作台面没被压物时,严禁活塞下压; 6、油箱油位如果低于半箱,不得开机; 7、压力上不去,其原因有两种,一种是油缸内漏,卸下油缸更换内密封圈即可,另一种是柱塞泵损坏,当压力负荷时,压力表指针不会稳定,会随着压力的持续指针缓缓下降,此时应更换新油泵。 8、活塞上升、下降不正常,检查电磁阀及电路是否正常,如电路正常,即是电磁阀损坏,更换电磁阀。七、设备的保养: 1、安装时,要检查机身是否平稳; 2、要定期检查四根主柱螺母是否松动,如松动要锁紧。 3、每隔三

13、个月,油箱要清洗一次,更换液压油; 4、寒冷季节,为防止油浓缩,应使用优质液压油; 5、经常检查电动机,油泵的紧固螺丝是否松动; 6、每天工作后,要把遗留在机器上的混凝土清理干净。Editors note: Judson Jones is a meteorologist, journalist and photographer. Im anxious for the next one: a space capsule hanging from a crane in the New Mexico desert.Its like the set for a George Lucas movie floating to the edge of space.You and I will have t

17、he chance to watch a man take a leap into an unimaginable free fall from the edge of space - live.The (lack of) air up there Watch man jump from 96,000 feet Tuesday, I sat at work glued to the live stream of the Red Bull Stratos Mission. I watched the balloons positioned at different altitudes in th

18、e sky to test the winds, knowing that if they would just line up in a vertical straight line we would be go for launch.I feel this mission was created for me because I am also a journalist and a photographer, but above all I live for taking a leap of faith - the feeling of pushing the envelope into

19、uncharted territory.The guy who is going to do this, Felix Baumgartner, must have that same feeling, at a level I will never reach. However, it did not stop me from feeling his pain when a gust of swirling wind kicked up and twisted the partially filled balloon that would take him to the upper end o

20、f our atmosphere. As soon as the 40-acre balloon, with skin no thicker than a dry cleaning bag, scraped the ground I knew it was over.How claustrophobia almost grounded supersonic skydiverWith each twist, you could see the wrinkles of disappointment on the face of the current record holder and capco

21、m (capsule communications), Col. Joe Kittinger. He hung his head low in mission control as he told Baumgartner the disappointing news: Mission aborted.The supersonic descent could happen as early as Sunday.The weather plays an important role in this mission. Starting at the ground, conditions have t

22、o be very calm - winds less than 2 mph, with no precipitation or humidity and limited cloud cover. The balloon, with capsule attached, will move through the lower level of the atmosphere (the troposphere) where our day-to-day weather lives. It will climb higher than the tip of Mount Everest (5.5 mil

23、es/8.85 kilometers), drifting even higher than the cruising altitude of commercial airliners (5.6 miles/9.17 kilometers) and into the stratosphere. As he crosses the boundary layer (called the tropopause), he can expect a lot of turbulence.The balloon will slowly drift to the edge of space at 120,00

24、0 feet (22.7 miles/36.53 kilometers). Here, Fearless Felix will unclip. He will roll back the door.Then, I would assume, he will slowly step out onto something resembling an Olympic diving platform.Below, the Earth becomes the concrete bottom of a swimming pool that he wants to land on, but not too

25、hard. Still, hell be traveling fast, so despite the distance, it will not be like diving into the deep end of a pool. It will be like he is diving into the shallow end.Skydiver preps for the big jumpWhen he jumps, he is expected to reach the speed of sound - 690 mph (1,110 kph) - in less than 40 sec

26、onds. Like hitting the top of the water, he will begin to slow as he approaches the more dense air closer to Earth. But this will not be enough to stop him completely.If he goes too fast or spins out of control, he has a stabilization parachute that can be deployed to slow him down. His team hopes i

27、ts not needed. Instead, he plans to deploy his 270-square-foot (25-square-meter) main chute at an altitude of around 5,000 feet (1,524 meters).In order to deploy this chute successfully, he will have to slow to 172 mph (277 kph). He will have a reserve parachute that will open automatically if he lo

28、ses consciousness at mach speeds.Even if everything goes as planned, it wont. Baumgartner still will free fall at a speed that would cause you and me to pass out, and no parachute is guaranteed to work higher than 25,000 feet (7,620 meters).It might not be the moon, but Kittinger free fell from 102,800 feet in 1960 - at the dawn of an infamous space race that captured the hearts of many. Baumgartner will attempt to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind. This is one of those monumental moments I will always remember, because there is no way Id miss this.
