34、土城北路及规划曹慧路,并分别设置分离式立交,道路终止于东北四环路望和桥,全长约为2km。本段主路按全封闭、全立交的城市快速路标准设计,主路设计行车速度60km/h,辅路40km/h;本段道路规划红线宽度120m,中央39m为城市铁路和规划高速铁路用地,道路横断面采用两幅路形式。本段路分为三个标段,其中二、三标段以城铁13线为界,本标段为第二标段,即新建道路西半幅,标段起始桩号K0+000,终点桩号1+709.68,标段长度1709.68m。根据本次设计情况,我标段修建的挡墙为1#路堑式挡土墙;12#、13#装配式挡土墙;设计主、辅路上跨土城北路和曹慧路桥台间连接部分以及道路西侧靠土城沟部分均为
35、混凝土劈裂砖镶面现浇步道挡墙。装配式钢筋混凝土挡墙顶设置A型防撞护栏(与桥梁护栏相同),当挡土墙高度小于1.00m时,采用B型防撞护栏。(挡墙数量见附表)装配式挡墙结构形式为钢筋混凝土扶臂式挡土墙,面板预制,基础用C25混凝土现浇。预制面板级差25cm,板宽为1.98m,板厚为0.25m,采用C30混凝土,主筋采用级螺纹钢筋;预制板之间采用圆口,齿槽内现浇C30豆石混凝土。墙顶设成斜坡时,在墙顶现浇025cm的混凝土进行遮挡和装饰。挡墙顶部采用预制安装混凝土地袱,地袱内埋钢板,与防撞护栏焊接。2.2、 地质情况标段内主要水系为坝河;根据地质勘探报告,局部存在上层滞水。工程所在地区属中纬度区,属
36、暖温带半湿润季风气候,四季分明,降水集中在七、八月份,冻结期为每年十一月下旬至来年三月。本标段沿线地形较为平坦,所经区域主要为旱地、拆迁场地等。地面以下至基岩顶板之间的沉积土层以亚砂圆砾和低液限粉土为主。2.3、 沿线交通状况标段南侧为现况东北三环,土城北路与拟建道路相交,曹慧路为现况安苑路的东延,施工期间,上述现况道路成为施工现场与外界的交通通道。3、施工布署3.1、 组织布署1、 为了确保工程质量及工程如期完成,我项目部设立主路路基作业协调小组,统一协调施工中各项工作。成立组织机构,责任分工到位,确保施工优质完成。2、 开竣工日期 2003.4.252003.8.253.2、 劳动力计划根
37、据道路路基施工特点,由各专业施工队负责挡墙专项工序的施工。1 挡墙挖、填方由土方机械作业队负责;2 挡墙施工由专业施工队负责。3.3、 机械使用计划 (见附表)3.4、 技术准备1、 技术人员认真熟悉设计图纸,掌握招标文件、施工规范,向施工人员进行详细技术交底。2、 测量人员需认真细致地审阅施工设计图纸,整理出各部分的中心线坐标及顶高程数据,做好记录。3、 质量人员负责分部工序的自检、报监理验收及资料整理。3.5、 场地准备1、 对现况地上的各种障碍物进行调查,对地上妨碍施工的管线进行拆除或改线,拟定方案,并办理必要的书面手续。2、 混凝土采用商品混凝土,施工前对混凝土配合比、原材进行严格视察
38、,保证混凝土供应和质量。报请监理批准后方可投入使用。3、 协调施工现场管辖部门及附近居民的关系,保证施工的顺利进行。对于距离当地居民较近的施工部位需严格控制,防止扰民。4、 施工用水采用现况水井,本地区地下水无腐蚀作用,符合施工条件。 5、 施工用电为保证施工用电的正常供应,施工现场安装二台315KW的变压器,施工用电电缆自变压器低压端直接接入施工现场,现场准备两台柴油发电机在停电时使用。3.6、 测量准备工作1、 测量员依据施工图、甲方交桩及技术交底进行测量放线,测量成果必须经过自检、复测、测量放线报验等程序。2、 各程序报验合格且有文字记录后,方可进行下道工序。3、 在道路起点、终点及中间

40、板进场后进行外观检查,其外露面应光洁、色泽一致,无蜂窝、露筋、缺边、掉角等现象,各部位尺寸符合设计要求,对外观检查不合格的挡墙板,严禁使用。(3)安装机具现场配备20t汽车起重机、电焊机,人工配合安装、焊接挡墙板。2)基坑开挖:(1)基坑开挖采用人工配合挖土机开挖,严格按设计尺寸开挖挡墙基坑,保证基坑底面标高符合设计要求。(2)基坑开挖后,在其周围做好截水与排水工作,防止基底受水浸泡,影响承载力。(3)基坑开挖前,对地下障碍物、现况管线进行调查,与其所属单位协商,进行必要的拆、改、移和保护措施,防止损坏。3)石灰粉煤灰砂砾混合料垫层施工:装配式挡土墙基底设石灰粉煤灰砂砾混合料垫层,混合料的铺筑
41、厚度随墙高的变化而变化。石灰粉煤灰砂砾混合料分层摊铺碾压,当基槽深度和宽度受限制时,采用冲击夯夯实,分层厚度控制为20cm。在混合料摊铺压实过程中,控制其含水率接近最佳含水率,保证垫层的压实度。在二灰砂砾垫层施工过程中,预留挡墙基础凸榫槽,凸榫槽的尺寸符合设计要求。4)挡墙基础施工:基础用C25混凝土现浇,基底设置混凝土凸榫,在基础上缘设置受控钢筋,挡墙趾板底部也设置受控钢筋、基础内埋钢板与墙面钢板焊接。二灰砂砾垫层验收合格后,绑扎挡墙基础第一步钢筋,焊接预埋件。基础钢筋的型号、规格、尺寸及预埋件数量符合设计要求;基础模板支撑稳固,保证在混凝土浇注过程中,不跑模、不变形。基础混凝土采用插入式振
42、捣器振捣,加强对预埋件周围的振捣,保证预埋件具有足够的强度。挡墙基础分段施工,分段长度不大于16m。5)挡墙板安装:挡墙基础混凝土达到一定强度后,安装挡墙板。挡墙板进场要经过逐一验收,其外观尺寸必须符合设计要求,表面平整、光滑、密实,无缺边掉角、蜂窝麻面等缺陷。挡墙板采用吊车吊装,人工配合,就位后加以稳固支撑,防止倾覆,然后立即进行焊接施工。墙板与肋同时座入基础内,板肋预留钢板和基础钢板用钢筋焊接为一体,并用三角钢板焊接,面板与基础之间的连接钢板必须满焊,焊缝高度不小于10mm,保证焊缝饱满,无气泡、夹渣、咬肉等缺陷。使板体与基础连接牢固。6)二次基础混凝土浇筑:挡墙板焊接经验收合格,对第一次
43、浇注的混凝土表面进行凿毛处理,清理干净后,立即绑扎二步基础筋,浇注二次基础混凝土。在混凝土振捣过程中,加强对挡墙板根部的振捣,保证挡墙板与基础间有较好的衔接。7)挡墙后背回填:基础二次混凝土强度达到要求后,及时分层回填夯实。在距挡墙墙背2m范围内,采用冲击夯碾压夯实,严禁使用重型压实机械,保证挡墙板稳固。挡墙填土两侧同步进行,防止挡墙板发生侧移和倾覆。墙趾上部填土保证挡土墙最小埋深并向外做成4的横坡,避免积水下渗影响墙身稳定。8)挡墙板接缝、伸缩缝及泄水孔的施工:现场拼装挡墙板时,板间设0.02m的拼接缝,接缝圆口槽内现浇C30豆石混凝土。挡墙基础及墙身分段施工,分段长度不大于16m,段落间设
44、0.020.03m的沉降缝,缝内刷2-3道乳化沥青。基础沉降缝与预制板间沉降缝对齐。沉降缝间处贯通钢筋相应截断。排水孔设置于两块墙板之间,排水孔间距为4m,距地面以上30cm。排水孔采用30mm镀锌钢管,孔口进水处采用粒径2.5-7.0cm砂砾堆置反滤层,堆料直径不小于50cm。9)找平层及地袱安装:墙面板呈矩形,挡土墙整体连接后,顶部为阶梯状,在安装地袱挂板前,墙面板顶部浇注025cm混凝土;然后,安装地袱挂板对混凝土现浇层进行遮挡和装饰,并与防撞护栏相连接。路堑式挡墙顶部为栏杆。4.2、 劈裂砖饰面现浇挡墙施工设计主、辅路上跨土城北路和曹慧路桥台间连接部分以及道路西侧靠土城沟部分均为混凝土
45、劈裂砖镶面现浇步道挡墙。劈裂砖镶面现浇步道挡墙高度小于1.5米挡墙采用混凝土空心劈裂砖砌筑,挡墙高度大于1.5米时,挡墙内侧外露面采用混凝土空心劈裂砖砌筑,外侧为C20混凝土现浇,挡墙端头同挡墙正面结构。1)基坑开挖基坑开挖采用人工配合挖土机开挖,严格按设计尺寸开挖挡墙基坑,保证基坑底面标高符合设计要求。基坑开挖后,在其周围做好截水与排水工作,防止基底受水浸泡,影响承载力。基坑开挖前,对地下障碍物、现况管线进行调查,与其所属单位协商,进行必要的拆、改、移和保护措施,防止损坏。2)石灰粉煤灰砂砾混合料垫层施工装配式挡土墙基底设石灰粉煤灰砂砾混合料垫层,混合料的铺筑厚度随墙高的变化而变化。石灰粉煤
46、灰砂砾混合料分层摊铺碾压,由于基槽深度和宽度的限制,采用冲击夯夯实,分层厚度控制为20cm,密实度95%,(重型击实标准)。在混合料摊铺碾压过程中,控制其含水率接近最佳含水率,保证垫层的密实性。3)挡墙基础施工二灰砂砾垫层验收合格后,浇注挡墙基础。基础混凝土采用插入式振捣器振捣,加强对预埋件周围的振捣。4)挡墙板浇注挡墙基础验收合格后,支挡墙模板。模板采用定型钢模拼装而成,后背用钢管进行支撑。挡土墙板混凝土采用插入式振捣器振捣,加强对靠近模板位置的混凝土的振捣,保证混凝土外露面平整、光滑。4)伸缩缝、泄水孔安装挡墙板每隔810m设置一道沉降缝,缝宽0.5cm,缝间侧墙涂一层乳化沥青。挡墙高大于
47、1.5m时,沿墙长方向每间隔4米设一泄水孔,孔眼处墙背后用37cm粒料堆石,堆石直径不小于50cm。5)劈裂砖砌筑施工挡墙板验收合格后,进行劈裂砖粘贴施工。首先,将墙面上的浮料、污物、局部突起等清理干净,然后,刷素水泥浆一道。劈裂砖采用M7.5水泥砂浆粘贴,采用立皮数杆挂小线的方法进行高程和平整度的控制。劈裂砖砌筑完成后,用水泥砂浆进行勾缝,勾缝表面压实、抹平。劈裂砖砌筑分段进行,段落间的沉降缝与墙身相对应。劈裂砖砌筑施工一定长度后,安装挡墙帽石。采用挂小线的方法控制帽石平顺度,帽石间用水泥砂浆勾缝。6)挡墙后背回填墙身混凝土强度达到要求后,及时分层回填夯实。在距挡墙墙背2m范围内,采用蛙式夯碾压夯实,严禁使用重型压实机械,保证挡墙稳固。挡墙填土两侧同步进行,防止挡墙板发生侧移和倾覆。墙趾上部填土保证挡土墙最小埋深并向外做成4的横坡,避免积水下渗影响墙身稳定。5、质量目标设计5.1、 本工程质量总目标:市优工程。分项工程质量优良品率达到95%以上。竣工合格率100%,综合评分达到95分以上。5.2、 质量保证措施1、 建立以项目经理为核心的质保体系。2、 全体参施工程管理人员必须持证上岗,明确本工程的重要 意义和质量目标。现场挂牌作业,责任到人。3、 原材料进场:对原材料按规范要求进行检验。4、 施工过程控制:严格执行三检制度,自检合格后报监理验收,所有工序进程均由专职质量员进行
