14、。2、施工准备2.1技术准备2.1.1组织图纸会审人员认真阅图，熟悉设计图纸内容，明确设计意图，通过会审记录明确各专业之间的相互关联，启示图纸中存在的问题和疑问整理成文，为参加建设单位组织的设计技术交底做好书面准备。2.1.2参加建设单位召集的设计技术交底，并由资料员和技术负责人做好交底中的记录工作。2.1.3关于技术设计变更和洽商单，应说明变更原因和变更的详细内容，签字应齐全。2.2材料准备玻纤复合板规格为4200120025。（1）非金属风管材料的燃烧性能应付和国家标准建筑材料燃烧性能分方法级GB8624中不燃A级或难燃B1级的规定。（2）复合材料的表层铝箔材质应符合现行国家标准工业用纯铝
15、箔GB3198的规定，厚度不应小于0.06。当铝箔层复合用增强材料时，其厚度不应小于0.012。（3）复合板的复合层应粘接牢固，板材外表面单面的分层、塌陷等缺陷不得大于6，内部绝热材料不得裸漏在外。使用的板材应有产品合格证。2.3施工工具切割机、电焊机、台钻、手枪钻、拉铆枪、裁板刀具、电锤、砂轮机、磨光机、板尺等。2.4施工作业条件现场提供300的施工场地。结构验收完毕，最宜施工作业。（3）技术交底完，先制、安样板层，经验收合格后在正是施工。2.5人员准备根据本招标项目的建设规模、结构特点、复杂程度和招标文件要求，建立适应工程的项目施工管理组织体系。项目施工管理组织体系由两部分组成：一部分是由

17、阶段的协调、配合工作。3、施工部署根据本工程的具体情况，我公司将组织参加过有影响的大型优质工程的施工技术人员及技术工人参加施工，在技术上确保按进度达到合格目标，具体施工组织管理措施如下：3.1建立由项目经理、项目技术主管工程师、专业项目技术主管、材料供应组长组成的本工程专业施工安装项目领导班子，负责本工程的施工组织领导、材料供应、技术管理和进度协调工作。3.2组织专业工程技术人员组成的专业技术组，负责施工技术、计划、变更洽商和各工程技术资料的填写与管理工作：技术组内设专职质检员负责质量监督与把关。3.3按专业、按项目、按工序、按系统及时进行预检、试验、隐检及调试等工作，并完成各种记录单填写和整

19、敏（热压敏）胶带和胶粘剂固化后的燃烧性能应为难燃B1级。4.1.3风管连接处密封材料燃烧性能应为不然或难燃B1级。4.1.4防火风管加固框架与固定材料、密封垫料应为难燃材料。4.1.5风管船过需要封闭的防火、防爆楼板或墙体时，应设壁厚不小于1.6的预埋管或防护套管，风管与防护套管之间应采用柔性不燃材料封堵。4.1.6非金属风管材质应符合国家标准用管规定。4.1.7风管内严禁其它管线穿越。4.2一般项目4.2.1风管密封材料应符合系统工作条件，法兰与接口处应严密。检验方法：根据系统工作条件核对风管密封材质证明、观察。4.2.2复合板风管表面应平整、不脱胶、无气鼓和破损，接口处粘结牢固严密。外表面
20、与保温材料粘合应牢固，内表面层不应有损坏。4.2.3复合板风管的连接和加固等出应有防止产生冷桥的措施。5、成品保护措施5.1再施工中专业工种应紧密配合，合理安排工序，风管一般最高紧贴梁，严禁颠倒工序作业。5.2安装时轻拿轻放，风管上严禁上人，踩踏。5.3安装好的风管派专人巡视，监督防止其它施工人员踩踏。5.4在安装好的风管上挂醒目的成品保护牌。6、应注意的质量问题6.1材料均应有合格证或材质单。6.2防锈除尘必须彻底，不彻底的不得进入第二道工序。角钢清除锈迹和浮尘，直至露出金属本色并刷防锈漆两遍或按设计要求施工。6.3制作应严格执行GB502432002的有关规定和要求。6.4 风管加工后应该
21、按GB502432002要求进行灯光检漏，合格后方可进行下道工序施工。6.5管道加工完后应临时堆放干净场地，防止灰尘污物进入管内；风管加工制做完工后应再次进行加工质量检查和修理，并用棉布擦拭内壁后再进行吊装。吊装还应随时擦净内壁的重复污染物，然后立即封堵敞口。安装过程还应按GB502432002规定进行灯光检漏。6.6 安装时法兰接口处采用橡胶板作垫料，螺栓采用镀锌镙丝，处于同一侧，与气流方向一致，拧紧对称进行；阀件安装位置应正确，手柄装于便于操作位置，启闭灵活，特大配件安装有独立的支、吊架。6.7 为保证支、吊架的安装质量，吊架安装前应先实地放线，确定吊杆长度、支架高度和吊杆宽度，以保证安装
22、平直、吊架排列整齐美观。6.8 风管、防火阀、调节阀安装后启闭应灵活，设备与周围围护结构应留足检修空间。6.9 消声弯头的安装：特大消声器消声弯头应有单独的吊架，不得使风管承受其重量。支、吊架、托架上穿吊杆的螺孔距离应比消声器宽4050mm，吊杆套丝为5060mm，安装方向要正确。7、质量记录（1）复合板产品合格证、风管检验报告、角钢材质单、进场材料报验。管与配件制作检验批风管系统安装检验批防腐与绝热检验批隐蔽工程验收记录产品检验合格单8、安全环保措施8.1安全措施8.1.1根据本工程特点，交叉作业易产生不安全因素，所以安全生产管理要在施工过程中正确贯彻“安全为了生产，生产必须安全及预防为主”
23、的方针，采取安全技术措施，在保证安全生产前提下，全面完成建设任务。8.1.2建立安全生产责任制。专兼职安全员要加强安全检查，对工人进行安全教育，施工员要对重点部位的施工有安全书面交底。建立安全生产定期检查制度，工段班组每日检，项目部每周检，以自检为主、互查为辅，查思想、查制度、查纪律、查隐患，并结合季节特点，重点查防触电、防高空坠落、防物体打击等措施落实。8.1.3进入现场要严格遵守现场各项规章制度，必须戴好安全帽。A凡需进行高处作业施工的，应使用脚手架、平台、梯子、防护围栏、档脚板、安全带和安全网带等、作业前必须认真检查所用的安全设施是否牢固、可靠。高处施工脚要踩稳站牢，小件工具装入工具袋内
24、。B凡从事高空作业的人员必须接受高处作业安全知识的教育，特殊高处作业人员应持证上岗，上岗前应依据有关规定进行专门的安全技术交底。采用新工艺、新技术、新材料和新设备的，应按规定对作业人员进行相关安全技术教育。C. 按类别有针对性地将各类安全警示标志悬挂于施工现场各相应部位，夜间应设红灯示警。楼板孔洞需用牢固东西盖好，不得随意挪动，避免发生人物坠落事故。高处作业所用工具、材料严禁投掷，上下立体交叉作业确有需要时，中间须设隔离设施。D现场用电由临设电工负责，其他人员不准拆接临时电源，用电的设备要按安全用电要求使用。在雨雪天应采取防滑措施，当风速在10.8m/s以上和雷电、暴雨、大雾等气候条件下，不得
25、进行露天高处作业。E氧气瓶，乙炔瓶夏天应注意遮盖，防暴晒。F每星期一次安全活动日，安全员应在班前做一次口头安全交底。 G施工机械要按操作规程去做，主要使用的中型工具如冲击电锤、射钉枪、电焊机等操作，操作前按说明书检查核对，无误后方可使用。操作时要精力集中，方法正确。操作后要进行清理加油。8.1.4建有生产岗位防火责任制，把消防工作做到“五同时”，同计划，同布置，同检查，同总结，同评比。8.1.5严格执行现场用火制度，随着季节、气候、工程进度的变化，因地制宜做到“四有”：有施工消防安全交底；有用火审批制度；有看火员和义务消防组织；有消防器材和救火措施。8.1.6对设置的消防水泵，消防给水管道，消
