36、水电学院本科生毕业设计(论文)开题报告 2008年03月14日学生姓名安维星学号20045208专业热能与动力工程题目名称400t/h中间再热电站锅炉设计课题来源指导老师拟定主要内容按照题目的要求,本设计主要是对一蒸发量为400t/h的中间再热电站锅炉进行设计。锅炉主要由本体设备和辅助设备组成,其本体设备主要部件和设备有:汽水系统、燃烧系统、炉墙和构架等;辅助设备有通风设备、燃料运输设备、制粉设备、给水设备、除尘设备及锅炉附件如水位计、安全门、吹灰器、热工仪表和自动控制设备系统等。本设计主要涉及锅炉本体设备,因此,只对锅炉本体设备的布置及影响因素予以论述。 具体内容如下:1 查阅资料,校核煤的

39、金属材料,制造安装方便,并有较高的效率。要达到这些要求,必须进行广泛深入的调查研究,综合运用相关的理论及制造和运行方面的实践知识与经验,同时还要经过一定的实验研究并进行各种精确的计算。整台锅炉的热力计算是锅炉设计中的一项最主要的计算。在设计锅炉时的热力计算简称设计计算。设计计算的任务是:在给定的给水温度和燃料特性的前提下,确定保证达到额定蒸发量,选定的经济指标及给定蒸汽参数所必须的锅炉各受热面的结构、尺寸,并为选择辅助设备和进行空气动力计算、水动力计算、管壁温度计算、强度计算及其他可靠性计算提供原始资料。具体计算方法与顺序如下:一、煤的元素分析数据校核和煤种判别根据任务书所给设计煤种的各项数据

40、进行煤质的分析校核,判别出煤种,并将收到基低位发热量的计算值与测量值进行比较,看数据分析是否合理;1煤的元素各成分之和100%的校核2煤的元素分析数据校核3煤种判别二、锅炉整体布置的确定 锅炉的整体布置也就是指锅炉炉膛和其中的辐射受热面、对流烟道和其中的各种对流受热面的布置。锅炉整体布置不仅受蒸汽参数、锅炉容量、燃料性质的影响,而且要考虑整个电厂布置的合理性,各种汽水管道和烟风煤粉管道的合理布局。1本次锅炉设计整体外型选用型布置,选型布置的理由如下:1) 锅炉和厂房的高度都比较低,转动机械和笨重设备如送、吸风机、除尘器和烟囱均可采用低位布置,因此减轻了厂房和锅炉构架的负载。 2) 在水平烟道中

41、,可以采用支吊方式比较简便的悬吊式受热面。3) 在对流竖井中,烟气下行流动,便于清灰,具有自身除尘的能力。4) 受热面易于布置成逆流方式,以加强对流换热。5) 机炉之间连接管道不长,且尾部受热面检修容易。2. 在炉膛内壁面,全部布置水冷壁受热面,其他受热面的布置主要受蒸汽参数、锅炉容量和燃料性质的影响。3. 在省煤器的烟道转弯处,设置落灰斗,由于转弯处离心力的作用,颗粒较大的灰粒顺落灰斗下降,有利于防止回转式空气预热器的堵灰,减轻除尘设备的负担。三、 锅炉炉膛及主要受热面的布置和结构设计对流受热面和辐射受热面,主要有:炉膛的受热面布置及其结构设计;过热器和再热器布置与结构设计;省煤器的布置与结

42、构设计;空气预热器的布置与结构设计。1. 本锅炉为超高压参数,汽化吸热较小,加热吸热和过热吸热响应较大。为使锅炉出口烟温降低到要求的数值,保护水平烟道内的对流受热面,除在水平烟道内布置对流过热器,还在炉内布置全辐射式的前屏过热器,炉膛出口布置半辐射式的后屏过热器。为使前、后屏过热器中的传热温差不致过大,在炉顶及水平烟道的两侧墙,竖井烟道的两侧墙和后墙均布置包覆过热器。2. 为了减少热偏差,节省金属用量,采用二级再热方式,其中高温再热器置于对流过热器后的烟温较高区域,低温再热器设置在尾部竖井烟道中。3. 为了再热汽温的调节,使负荷在100%-75%之间变化时,再热器出口汽温保持不变,在低温再热器

43、下面设置省煤器。根据锅炉的参数,省煤器出口工质状选用非沸腾式的。4. 热风温度要求较高,理应采用二级布置空气预热器,但在省煤器后已布置不下二级空气预热器,加之回转式空气预热器结构紧凑、材料省、维修也方便,是目前所广泛采用的类型,因此采用单级的回转式空气预热器,并移至炉外布置。四、燃烧产物和锅炉热平衡的计算 1燃烧产物计算 2热平衡和燃料消耗量计算五、在额定负荷下对锅炉各个受热面进行热力计算1、炉膛的设计与热力计算 1)炉膛结构的设计与热力计算 2)水冷壁的布置 3)燃烧器型式选择及布置。选择煤粉燃烧器型式时要注意以下的影响因素:燃料性质、磨煤机和制粉系统型式、炉膛形状和燃烧方式等。本设计采用直
