23、 brands through the theory of domestication and foreignization.,Based on the premise of a preliminary understanding of the naming of foreign auto brands,it focuses on the application of domestication and foreignization strategies in foreign auto brands translation through concrete examples and analy
24、sis.Under the circumstances of attracting consumers,the translating of foreign auto brands must pay more attention to psychology,ways of thinking and culture of Chinese people,that is to say domestication is mainly adopted while foreignization is supplemented.But these two are not incompatible.In some cases,these two are used in t translating the same brand,that is to say,they are complementary.Through this paper,the author hopes to improve the understanding of translation practice.,
