40、8用来管理服务BSC的外部切换流程。T8启动条件:当BSC收到MSC的HANDOVER_COMMAND时开始计时T8停止条件:当BSC收到MSC的CLEAR_COMMAND或收到手机的HANDOVER_FAILURE时,计时器停止。计时器超时动作:当T8超时时BSC向MSC发送CLEAR_REQUEST信息。适当的设置范围:最小5S,最大15S,缺省值 12S图5 T8计时器的成功切换流程图6 切换失败的流程图7 T8超时流程4、T10说明:T10用来管理指配流程。T10启动条件:在BSC开始发送PHYSICAL_CONTEXT_REQUEST信息到BTS时开始启动;T10停止条件:当BSC收
